Adoro l'hotel, il servizio è eccellente, tutto il personale molto gentile e di servizio, vi ringrazio molto per aver salvato il caricatore di cellulare che dimentica mio figlio nell'abitacolo. Ci hanno permesso di entrare nelle camere da 1:00 a partire dalla sera perché c'era disponibilità. Per migliorare sarebbe che quando si prenotano per 2 persone mettendo 2 tovaglie invece di 1, che il menu del colazione abbia più varietà e questo sortiment, ho ospitato in altri hotel city express e hanno più varietà nelle opzioni che offrono di ma non avete altro che frutta (melone e papaia), latte, cereali, caffè, succo verde, succo d'arancio e caffè, vi suggerisco di scorrere il cibo e la barba di colazione, Poiché poi si è finito e non si sono risuscitati, c'è qualcuno che si sta chiedendo le cose, spero che potessero cambiare i vetrolieri dove mettono l'acqua, perché quelli che hanno costantemente si coprino e non si può servire il succo.

Un grande posto per ospiti****, la camera molto ampia, tutto pulito, il personale molto amabile ed efficiente. La vista dalla terrazza è molto bella.

Nel centro della città del Messico, ci sono sempre stati posti di polizia sotto il piano e alta sicurezza.Ci sono più hotel intorno, colazione generale e meno opzioni di ristorazione principale.Le strutture interne sono generali, non forniscono spazzole per denti e trampolini.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

The place has a wonderful internal garden space. The representatives Mrs Margarita as well as Ms Yocelin always managed to take best cares of guests. The location inside is quite suitable to a relaxing stay.
