I stayed at Hotel Brasilia the night of October 25, 2022. I paid 1,050 pesos for a room on the fifth floor with a single bed. This converted to 53.02 USD when I paid with my debit card. This included a buffet breakfast. Positives: Close to several bus stations. The room was clean, quiet, and safe. There was no air conditioning, but it was comfortable until late morning when the sun began to heat the room. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Negatives: There is wifi, but the signal was weak and inconsistent in the room I was in. It was better in the restaurant. I would have liked to be able to open a window a little more to let in some fresh air. I understand safety concerns, but I also like good air circulation while I sleep.

Sono rimasto nella stanza 154 la notte di giovedì 6 ottobre 2022. Ho pagato 650 pesos, che sono stati convertiti a $32.53 (USD) quando ho pagato con la mia carta di debito. Ho scelto questo posto perché è vicino alla stazione di autobus e ho solo bisogno di un posto per dormire dopo aver viaggiato quasi venti ore da Tapachula. Il letto era comodo. La stanza era pulita, tranquilla e comoda, anche senza calore o AC. La doccia era piena di acqua calda. I miei soli reclami erano che non c'erano finestre, o altre luci naturali, e il bagno non scorreva correttamente, quindi ho dovuto riempire il cesto di scarico con acqua e scorrere in quel modo.

La colazione è confezionata, la stanza è pulita, l'hotel non ha servizio di spedizione, il servizio del personale è connesso al centro commerciale, molto conveniente, da hotel all'aeroporto per prendere un autobus, e ci vogliono trenta minuti.

Wow! Quite an experience! I arrived early on my first day and the front staff was able to put me in to my room at 9:30AM, which I appreciated since I had just arrived from a red eye flight. During my stay I frequently felt as if I was their most important guest, their staff greeting me with a friendly ‘Hola’, proactively giving me sweet drinks during breakfast, keeping my coffee full, and offering their assistance. Their maid staff was equally awesome, every day they mopped(!!!) the bathroom floor and replaced towels without even being asked. I didn’t even think that I made that much of a mess! It was extra appreciated with hotels cutting the majority of service with COVID. Don’t get me wrong, it is initially a little confusing finding my room due to the elevators/floors, but they escorted me to my room to ensure that I found it. There was also an odd issue with the fire alarm going off on my first day 5 minutes before my alarm was set to go off anyways.

Questa è la nostra seconda volta che ci fermiamo qui per 5+ giorni. Il personale, soprattutto Laura in ”Breakfast” è sorprendente! L'intera squadra ha fatto un grande lavoro e i letti sono confortevoli, che è importante quando si è lontani da casa. La maggior parte dei posti che abbiamo bisogno di andare sono circa 20-30 minuto di Uber, che era abbastanza economico. La piazza dove si trova l'hotel ha molte buone/decenti opzioni e molte se si acquistano. Grande luogo, sarei tornato se sono di nuovo nella zona. Grazie Marriott e soprattutto Grazie LAURA!

I really wanted to love this hotel. But a few things kept that from happening. Here's the summary: + Great location. Not on Reforma, but on the Rapid Bus line that gets you there in just a few minutes. This is clean and efficient. Also sits above a mall, with supermarket and is adjacent to a giant Wal-Mart. The hotel is on the freeway to the airport. + Very clean. The maids were friendly and hard working. The place is spotless and clean! + Quiet. I was on the top floor and heard zero noise from neighbors or the street. + Price. The rate was excellent as a frequent guest of Fiesta Rewards. (-) The room is bare bones. There is no refrigerator (so no storage for the supermarket in the mall). Ice, glasses, cups, are all on request and must be delivered. (-) Major problems with the air conditioning. The window does not open, so you must rely on A/C 100%. The problem is that the central air conditioner will not get cold. It only gets cool. I had to sleep on top of the bed, and the hotel engineer would not fix it. Even if it is cool at night, you will be warm since you can't open the window and the hotel A/C is limited. The hotel should run more chilling equipment 24/7.
