Hotel in zona San Gabriel Arcángel Parish, Metepec

Ho una notte con la mia famiglia e tutto è andato bene. Abbiamo ricevuto un buon trattamento da parte del personale dal nostro arrivo alla nostra partenza, camere pulite con riscaldamento e attrezzatura. Anche se il cibo del buffet non è molto variabile aveva buona stagione e i piatti erano abbastanza per mangiare bene.

The situation is worsened by the fact that in hotels on the American continent there is not even a hand-held shower. I knew this detail from U.S. hotels, but I was hoping to find something better in Mexico, since in my opinion Mexico has more in common with Europe than the U.S.A. I am afraid I was wrong in this point. The staff was very, very friendly and helped in every way. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and drinks, including - of course - typical Mexican dishes. The hotel has its own parking garage (no charge), which is locked during the night. It is possible to park the car directly or request valet parking, your choice. Toluca has an elevation of 2660 m (8060 ft). In March at night it can get cold. I was pleased to find out that the thermostat in the bedroom functioned also as a heater and provided a pleasant temperature. I hope I will have the occasion to go again to the Doubletree in Toluca.

Tuvimos una extraordinaria estancia en el hotel, estuvimos 4 noches hospedados y nos encontramos con una buena atencion en recepcion, una habitacion limpia, camas comodas. solo le pongo 2 peros a este hotel, el servicio en Restaurante es MUY lento y Extremadamente Caro a pesar de que los platillos eran de buen sazon, realmente me dolia dejar propina x el servicio ya que dejaba mucho que desear. El otro pero que le pongo (a pesar de que en realidad no nos afecto mucho) es que no permite en la habitacion conectar a la TV dispositivos adicionales para poder ver plataformas de Stream (Netflix, Prime, Etc) En terminos generales fue una grata experiencia, Volveria a Hospedarme ahi sin pensarlo

Con una excelente ubicación ya que te puedes mover Lara muchos puntos importantes de la ciudad , además de que está dentro de un centro comercial y puedes aprovechar para hacer todo tipo de compras, incluso alimentos y bebidas a cualquier hora, el único detalle es la atención siento que les falta más actitud de servicio, adicional que tuve un detalle al momento de que me enviaran mi factura sobre la estancia, no contestan teléfonos ni correos y creo que eso me dejó un mal sabor de boca . Adicional , deberían cambiar el clima es bastante ruidoso .

L'hotel è bello, pulito, comodo, i mobili delle camere molto belle, in linea. Credo che l'hotel parli ancora molto di glorie passate, di parentela con il popolo e distinguuto hotel Quinta del Re dell'Av. Tollocan, la sua casa madre; e si avvicina pericolosamente alla negligenza e mancanza di manutenzione. Indubbiamente il migliore è il prezzo, fantastico. si trova molto vicino all'aeroporto di Toluca, che senza bagaglio, senza fretta e giorno si può camminare, anche se si trova sul lato opposto (prendendo come riferimento il boulevard aereo). La posizione e l'ambiente sono brutti, ha intorno a partite di brutti, sporchi, di muouuy cattivo aspetto, e non è sul boulevard aereo ma a 50 metri di distanza su una strada assolutamente ignorata (per la notte ultra oscuro il tratto). La grande attenzione, ti sostengono per chiedere un taxi alla porta.
