We booked this hotel because they had a van to pick us up at airport but the van was broken so we had to hire an uber to get there. It would have been nice if they offered to discount our room or something but no we got there late they gave us a room by the elevator and we had to hear the elevator noise all night and some other noise from airport was heard as well. I would not recommend going there.

Booked this room because of shuttle to airport. Shuttle was not working and only offer we received was no charge for cancellation of room. Had to pay for extra Uber rides. Not convenient for food. Ended up ordering dominoes pizza Other places were closed on Sundays. We should’ve been told about shuttle when we made reservations

I specifically chose this hotel because there is a shuttle to the airport. They greeted me at checkin with the news that the shuttle is down and there is no refund or accommodation made. I noted there is no luggage rack in my room and they offered to change my room without any guarantee there would be a luggage rack in that new room. I expect better.

Front desk staff is friendly and considerate. Our early flight means that we were not able to make it for breakfast but front desk hostess was kind to quickly got us some fruits to go. We appreciate for her thoughtfulness. The only thing we were disappointed was that the shuttle was down for service and we had to pay for a ride to the airport.

The shuttle service was out. It was the only reason I booked this property. When I mentioned it the clerk at the desk was rude and offer to cancel my booking. She did not check us in correctly. I had to pay for an Uber to the airport I was not happy at all

The property was great and very clean. Staff just wasn't very friendly. It felt like they were bothered when guest asked them questions during check-in and check out.
