Loved our stay here. We just stayed a night before hiking to Ushguli. The person at reception was so friendly and helpful. We helped us arrange a driver and store our luggage while we hiked. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Room was clean and bathroom had nice hot water.

這裡的一切都非常優秀，相對小鎮其他民宿來說。位置在小鎮中心，房間設計不錯，早餐也很豐盛，老闆非常熱情。老闆不在的時候，可以前台搖鈴召喚喔

梅斯蒂亞，格魯吉亞著名景點，高加索山地風光，景色宜人。我們9月24日入住，早晚有點冷，旅館是在當地小鎮上，有點規模，還經營飯店。標準房間，類似於國內的連鎖店。缺點是上網卡，信號弱。

這個酒店就在梅斯蒂亞市中心出入交通都很方便，附近有市場超市，還有銀行換錢挺方便的，而且他的匯率還是比較高，比較划算。

位置好，房間帶陽台，景觀最好，早餐豐富。酒店不帶電梯，避免帶大箱子爬樓。

前台的女人一副特別不耐煩的樣子，説話也很差勁，把對房間的好印象都沖抵了

特價房陽台門壞了，不能開窗，悶

Make sure what you are looking for before selecting this hotel. This is not one of the luxuries hotels but it is coxy, simple, clean and very central hotel to access to the stores, restaurants and town stores. No A/C is available. Therefore, if your room looks to the west, your room will be very hot during Summer. We found out lobby personnel are very friendly buddy. Yes, there is no daily cleaning and housekeeping.

No dayly cleaning or change og towels, slightly smelly bathroom, hairdryer not working. No appropriate information about suitable trekking routes. Just tried to sell driver, which we had no need for having our own 4WD. Uncharming hotel decor and disappointing view from balcony. Quite expensive, I would recommend to go elsewhere.

The hotel is located in the centre of Mestia and is very cozy, with comfortable rooms. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The hotel has a nice restaurant with variety of delicious food. We were a group of friends visiting Svaneti for the first time, thank you for an amazing experience and unforgettable moments, definitely gonna come back to your place! Good luck

Hotel is more like a hostel for hikers than a hotel. Room was large but empty with basics, ie beds. No safe, no closet, no water, no coffee. Room was hot and stuffy. Poor shower, basically dripped on you. Bed uncomfortable and mattress desperately needs replacing. Good things were it was clean and staff were nice.
