Solo il cibo è buono... l'hotel non forniva spazzolino e dentifricio... anche lo scaldabagno era rovinato...

Innanzitutto vorrei recensire l'esperienza di prenotazione. Ero così incazzato con la prenotazione di Trip.com. Ho inserito 3 adulti nella ricerca e il risultato ha mostrato un'opzione di camera da 3 persone con pacchetto pensione completa per 2 adulti. C'è un'opzione per la pensione completa per 3 adulti, tuttavia poiché la prima opzione era più economica, stavo pensando di organizzare il mio per il trasferimento in barca aggiuntivo per 1 adulto e non richiedere il pacchetto pasti. È stato scioccante che quando sono arrivato all'ufficio del check-in è obbligatorio pagare per il pacchetto barca e pasto per il terzo adulto al resort. La mia domanda qui è PERCHÉ trip.com ha inserito l'opzione per 2 adulti sapendo che il resort non consente alla terza persona di effettuare il check-in??? Questa è una truffa per me perché ho inserito il requisito di 3 adulti al primo posto per la prenotazione. Sia il resort che trip.com non sono sincronizzati con le informazioni. Ora passiamo all'esperienza di soggiorno nel resort: tutto il personale del resort è stato fantastico e anche il servizio era impeccabile. Tuttavia, le condizioni del resort erano molto al di sotto delle mie aspettative. Ho pagato più di RM 700 a notte e non mi sento degno. Tutto era super obsoleto e consumato. Soprattutto il bagno. I pavimenti erano rotti e brulicavano di insetti e alcune persone potrebbero esserne allergiche. La camera da letto era ok e confortevole. Anche per quanto riguarda il cibo, hanno servito un sacco di pesce e non hanno chiesto se qualcuno fosse allergico o meno a chi di noi. Per RM 700 a notte mi aspettavo che fossero incluse alcune attività che potevamo fare al resort, tuttavia è stato deludente che tutto fosse a pagamento mentre non sono motorizzati e non usano nemmeno risorse/manutenzione come kayak e attrezzatura per lo snorkeling. L'unica cosa bella del resort è stata la cordialità del personale e il sapore del cibo.

Pulau Besar 是一個很小衆的島，考慮到假期時間有限，在研究了衆多馬來西亞海島后，最後選擇了這裏。 選擇這裏是因爲安靜，從我們居住的地方到豐盛港大概需要2個半小時，路途不算遙遠。 Aseania Resort Pulau Besar在豐盛港有個類似check in 的接待辦公室，在確認后，他們會給一張確認單，上面有房間號。 到豐盛港口坐快艇大概30分鐘就可以到海島，我們在上岸的碼頭就可以看到海灘及波光粼粼的海水，相機都無法拍出那個美景。 很順利拿了鑰匙入住房間，之前在網站上已經看過一些評價，等正式看到，比心裏預期會好很多，房間很乾净，也有稍微佈置一些甜蜜的場景，衛生間洗手台偶爾會有螞蟻出入，除了設施稍微有一些老舊外，不影響使用功能。洗浴室有安裝熱水器，但是好像不能使用，好在天氣比較熱，用冷水洗澡也可以接受。 酒店有一價全包三餐的服務，但是因爲我們怕食物不和胃口且我們食量較小，所以只有選擇帶早餐，其他兩餐都是單點的，不過觀察其他的游客的餐點，相對我們來說，還算是豐富，品種也多。 來海邊一定要浮潛，RM100/人，可以玩3個小時，但是前提是最少6人。 對於一個海邊寧靜的小島，3天2晚的行程已經足夠了，這裏沒有太多的商業氣息，所以如果你是想看大海，想找一個安靜的環境，那麽這裏非常適合你。

看評價還挺擔心的，設施確實簡陋，但不影響，島上的工作人員都很熱情，島上的景色真的很美，放空兩天好舒服，晚上還能看星星！

We stayed in this hotel in July 2022 for about 10 days. Pulau Babi Besar is less crowded and doesn't attract many Non-Malaysian tourists. The typical guests are people from Kuala Lumpur, which buy the 3 days - 2 nights package. First of all the good things. The management and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They do the best to provide you a pleasant stay at the hotel. The food was very tasty with a good variety. The beds in our hut were comfortable and clean. And if you walk about 500m to Bayu Lestari Hotel you'll find a stunning palmy beach, which is almost empty (3 days/2 nights package). Along the way you can find bats, monkeys and other animals. The not so good things: The entire hotel complex is run down. The huts and the pool area should have been renovated already 10-15 years ago. The bathroom in our hut was old and grimy. Be aware of cockroaches. You will get visited by them in several nights. The air condition was too noisy for me. There's no wifi at the hotel area. If you need an internet connection, buy a sim card at Mersing. Some facts about the island: The island has a really beautiful landscape with a mostly untouched nature. But most of the tourists don't care about the environment. So you'll find a lot of trash (plastic bottles, shoes, chips bags) in any place at the beach area. Especially the destination point of the jungle tour (you can do it easily on your own, no need for a guide) is a garbage dump. Near the hotel the government wanted to build a big shopping and restaurant complex, which is now an abandoned ruin. The dive center was closed at our stay. They provide a nice snorkel tour, but island hopping isn't possible. Snorkeling from the beach is not worth it. There's not much to see. And of course as other people already mentioned, you'll suffer a lot sand flies. In the hotel shop the sell an ointment to to suppress the itching. Overall without diving, internet and any other activities this island is a good place to stay all the day in a hammock on the beautiful beach and disconnect from modern busy life.
