Симпатичный дизайн номера, наличие мини холодильника и чайника. Удобные кровати, хотя попадаются продавленные матрасы. Хороший по турецким критериям завтрак. Персонал быстро решает все вопросы. Двухместный номер стоил нам 500 лир в день. Из соседних отелей лучший по соотношению цена/качество. Минусы: располагается возле порта в грязном квартале, вокруг бедные арабские кварталы. До центра далеко пешком. На завтраке нет кофе. Рядом стоянка такси, куча машин со снующими водителями. Оценку выношу по соотношению цены и качества.

Nicely located, easy to find and very accommodating staff who are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Apartment and rooms were clean and well equipped. For a stop over in Mersin you should feel very comfortable and safe. Free parking provided on site, several markets and hospital very close by.

Merada otel; otelden fazlası aslında. 9 katlı idi sanırım. 4. kattan itibaren denizi görebiliyorsunuz. Sabah denize karşı uyanmak harika bir şey. Otel personeli olağan üstü kibar ve misafirperver. İşlerini profesyonelce yapıyorlar. Tabi bunun arkasındaki profesyonel otel yönetimini organize eden Otel Müdürü Çiğdem hanımı görmezden gelemezsiniz. İşini son derece başarılı yapıyor. İnanın burada rahatsız olabileceğiniz hiç bir şeyin olmasına izin verilmiyor.Müşteri memnuniyeti çok üst düzeyde ve bunu tüm personel içselleştirmiş. Otel kahvaltısı menüsü Avrupa ve Türk damak zevklerine göre seçilmiş. Ürün yelpazesi oldukça geniş ve kaliteli. Dilerseniz otel şeflerinden sizin için öğlen ve akşam yemeği hazırlamasını isteyebilirsiniz. Tabi bunun için gün içinde önceden bilgi vermelisiniz. Biz 16 kişilik yılbaşı akşam yemeği sipariş etmiştik. Mezelerimiz ve yemeklerimiz son derece güzel hazırlanmıştı ve gece boyunca başarılı bir şekilde servis edildi. Otelin geneli çok ince bir özenle dekore edilmiş. Bunu dikkatli bir göz hemen fark edebiliyor. Otelin gecelik fiyatı, kalite ve performansına göre oldukça hesaplı. Mersine yolu düşen herkese şiddetle tavsiye edebilirim.

Ho soggiornato due notti in hotel. Il tuo hotel ha più e meno condizioni. Li scrivo qui sotto. Penso sia uno degli hotel che può rimanere a Tarsus. Ami il personale rispettoso. Mi sono lasciato felicemente. Grazie, Burhanoglu Artileri: La sua posizione è molto buona a distanza di camminare ovunque, dopo colazione, ha un premio per il caffè. Le camere sono molto pulite e utili Clima buona notte, e anche un po' freddo... manca: il colazione può essere offerto in un posto come il Tarsus debole. In September becouse of my passport i did need to travel to out of country and i choose adana. I stayed there about 3 weeks. I did talk to hotel manager about my situation and he did give me very good discounts for my accommodation and also he booked the best room of the hotel with too walls full veiw of city in 5 floor. Staff they was very professional and helpfull. I did feel really safe and service was amazing

Il piccolo numero è stato scelto, 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto singolo, noi quattro, la figlia è piccola, quindi tutto è adatti senza un tappo del layout, senza pagamenti supplementari per la ragazza. E tre settimane dopo che ho lasciato, mi sono ricordato che nella scatola nella stanza, c'era un disco rigido con l'archivio familiare e il mouse di mela, arrivato, tutto tornato. UUtente ospiteKüçük bir butik otel. Otel çalışanları çok iyi çok güler yüzlüler her istediğinizi yapma ve sizi memnun etme gayretleri var. Otelde açık büfe akşam yemeği var ama öyle büyük otellerdeki çeşit beklemeyin. İki çeşit ana yemek var. Genelde tavuk ağırlıklı. Yanında lapa gibi bir pilav ve tatsız bir çeşit tatlı var. Bir iki çeşit salata ve meze var ama hemen bitiyor ve bazen yemeğin yanında alamıyorsunuz bile. Çay saatinde üç gün boyunca kurabiye almaya çalıştık ama üçünde de bize sıra gelmeden bitti. Yiyecek olanakları maalesef Cok kısıtlı. Kahvaltıda çay bile bitiyor . Kahvaltıda hep aynı şeyler var. Odalarda bir makyaj aynası yok. Kullanılmayan gereksiz bir mutfak var. Yatak odasında klima yok. Çocuk havuzunun içi çok pis . Diğer havuzda temizlik sıkıntısı görmedik. Otel denize biraz mesafeli servisle girebiliyorsunuz. Yürüme mesafesinde olan bir deniz var fakat plaj değil denize girilmiyor. Çok büyük beklentilerle gitmezseniz otelden memnun ayrılırsınız.
