Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

La doccia è rotta, ma il personale è amichevole, ho avuto una buona notte lì, anche se mi sono accostato alle 1:00, è buono che abbiano 24 ore di servizio.

Il rapporto di efficienza del prezzo è molto buono, le camere sono ampie e pulite.Le camere sono confortevoli.Siamo felici di essere venuti con mia moglie.La colazione è aperta, cibo, personale interessato,parcheggio gratuito disponibile.Posizione al centro vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.

Прожили в этом отеле 10 дней. Плюсы: просторный номер с грамотно размещенным кондиционером, просторная душевая, отличный напор горячей воды в ней. Симпатичный дизайн номера, наличие мини холодильника и чайника. Удобные кровати, хотя попадаются продавленные матрасы. Хороший по турецким критериям завтрак. Персонал быстро решает все вопросы. Двухместный номер стоил нам 500 лир в день. Из соседних отелей лучший по соотношению цена/качество. Минусы: располагается возле порта в грязном квартале, вокруг бедные арабские кварталы. До центра далеко пешком. На завтраке нет кофе. Рядом стоянка такси, куча машин со снующими водителями. Оценку выношу по соотношению цены и качества.

Elif Hatun Konagi is a unique boutique hotel. It is housed in a centuries-old building with character, in the center of Tarsus near touristic sites. The halls are decorated in a chic-retro style and the two courtyards are enchanting. You feel like you are transported in another era. Each room is named after a sultan mother and is decorated beautifully. The room was also spacious and super clean. We had the ”Hurrem Sultan” room, which included a Turkish hammam. This was so much better than the ordinary hotel bathroom! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. On top of being delicious, the meals were affordably-priced! Finally, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. If it was possible, I would give 6 stars to this hotel. Thank you, Elif Hatun Konagi! : )

Ho soggiornato due notti in hotel. Il tuo hotel ha più e meno condizioni. Li scrivo qui sotto. Penso sia uno degli hotel che può rimanere a Tarsus. Ami il personale rispettoso. Mi sono lasciato felicemente. Grazie, Burhanoglu Artileri: La sua posizione è molto buona a distanza di camminare ovunque, dopo colazione, ha un premio per il caffè. Le camere sono molto pulite e utili Clima buona notte, e anche un po' freddo... manca: il colazione può essere offerto in un posto come il Tarsus debole. Il bagno è un po' piccolo per non rompere il tessuto storico. Sfortunatamente, non c'è niente da fare, siamo molto felici di tutto.
