Extended Stay America Suites - Nashua - Merrimack

Chose this particular type of hotel due to the advertising of a fully equipped kitchen in every room. Other locations under the Extended Stay family have fully equipped rooms that include pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, and utensils, but this location did not have ANYTHING to offer besides the fridge, stove and microwave. There were no utensils, dishes, napkins, pots, pans, or anything to stock a kitchen, no coffee maker or toaster (like in the pictures) either. They didn't even have salt and pepper packets. There was absolutely NOTHING in this kitchen to help make a meal unless you used the microwave for like a TV dinner. Also, the chair in the room had a worn out and broken leather/faux leather upholstery and the walls had scuff marks and chipped paint. I hope I don't sound petty by my complaints but this type of establishment charges top dollar for your stay based on the amenities it claims to offer. I was highly disappointed with the advertised amenities VS what I actually received.

This place is the worst to stay at this is the second time last year in Michigan and this year in Nashua, New Hampshire you can even take a shower bathtub is backing up this is the last time.no more..

You pay a lot for the hotel and the breakfast wasn't even very expensive it's one night I want to stay, wake up in the morning, go there, there wasn't breakfast for the love of God in the old days, the hotel was so cheap, there was plenty of breakfast and nowadays Horrible service and poor quality at 409 and the other hotel in Massachusetts Andover It was also the same thing there was no shower curtain lower the price at least when bad service and things are missing next time I'll take my coffee if I go back to this hotel something is missing again, I'll want to discount the price
