Superbes chambres spacieuses, avec grandes salles de douche et petits déjeuners très variés. L'accueil était convivial et très pro. Un bémol sur la propreté qui pourrait, pour un 3*, être plus pointue (moisissures dans la sdb près de la douche, traces sur le mur près des WC, fissures au plafond...). Un des matelas sur lits doubles à revoir (on sent le vécu). Dommage, car c'est un beau rapport qualité prix.

Nous sommes venus en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) pendant 2 jours. A notre arrivée vers 23h, la réceptionniste était très gentille. 195€ pour 2 nuits, le tarif est plus que raisonnable. C'est très calme. Seuls quelques avions passent de temps en temps pour le plus grand bonheur des fans d'aviation ! Il y a une piscine, qui je pense est chauffée, à la température idéale ! Le personnel est souriant et accueillant Pour le petit déjeuné, il y a pas mal de choix, même lorsque vous descendez à 10h15. Seul petit bémol, ça manque de fruits. Il y a uniquement de la salade de fruit. Les chiens sont acceptés pour 5€ de plus par nuit et je trouve ça bien, et prix raisonnable. Par contre à notre arrivée dans la chambre, pas moins de 14 petites araignées étaient présentes sur les lits et au plafond. Je pense que c'est dû à la végétation extérieur. Nous les avons toutes écrasées et n'en avons pas retrouver d'autres la nuit suivante. Ce qui est dommage aussi, c'est qu'il y ai pas de volet dans les chambres. Seulement 2 rideaux. Dommage si vous voulez être dans le noir complet. Notre chambre avait une salle d'eau avec baignoire, ce qui est un point positif surtout avec des enfants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

The hotel itself is ok. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was ok. Clean but scruffy and indeed of deep cleaning and upgrading. The beds were clean and comfortable. The curtains were scruffy with holes. The price was way too high for standard of accommodation. The dining experience was DREADFUL. The chef was continually scratching his scalp, beard, neck, face and nose all whilst cooking and serving out and others food. He did not wash his hands once. Food hygiene was non existent. When we talked to the “senior” waiter, who thought our issue was very amusing, nothing changed. Luckily this chef did not serve breakfast on the next morning. But we saw him arrive for work, still scratching himself. Unacceptable. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel if you want to eat there.

Si', questo è un hotel di base che vi dà quello che avete bisogno in una stanza, ma vorrei dire quanto fantastico il personale è stato in visita breve, tutte le esigenze sono state soddisfatte e sono andate oltre e oltre. Da aprire una stanza accanto, abbiamo avuto abbastanza spazio per ferro un vestito di sposa per sbattere il nostro bagno bagnato, mentre abbiamo assistito a un matrimonio in cognac e abbiamo tenuto il nostro bagaglio mentre abbiamo avuto un giorno fuori a Bordeaux...tutto fatto con un sorriso. Sono assolutamente meno stressati che i nostri viaggi con un bambino. Anche andare a metà agosto le camere sono così fredde e confortevoli. È intorno all'angolo da bellissimi posti per mangiare e la fermata del tram è a due minuti per un facile accesso all'aeroporto e a Bordeaux. Non è fritte, ma sicuramente rimarrebbe ancora - grazie Kyriad!

Stagione di 4 notti , mancava alcune cose per fare la cucina, e mi hanno subito fornito tutto quello che mi serviva . Molto buon accoglienza e molto buona reattività quando si chiede. Quindi soddisfatto !

I stayed together with my partner at your hotel in Merignac last week the nights of the 29th and 30th of October. The night of the 30th we came back to the hotel around 22:30 p.m. and the reception was closed, so we used our card to open the main entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, the card was not working as the door did not open. We tried several times to call the number which appeared in the front door, but no one replied. Suddenly some customers who were inside the hotel appeared and they opened us the front door. They told us that they have faced same issue; they could not open the front door. Additionally, they could not open their bedroom door, as the card was not working. We tried as well to open our bedroom door, but same issue happened, the card did not work. We were around two hours trying to reach someone from the hotel to solve this unpleasant situation, but we had no response at all. We were checking numbers of different Nemea hotels. We talked to both Lyon and Toulouse hotels, but they told us that they could not help us. They were stating that they were independent hotels and that they had no relationship between each other. We really felt abandoned and the whole situation was very unpleasant. We did as well call the police as we were desperate to solve this issue. As we had no response whatsoever from the hotel, we decided at around 0:15 a.m. to leave Nemea and search another hotel to spend the night. We needed to get a sleep. Same did the family that were with us in the reception. Moreover, they had two young daughters. Next morning, we went into the Nemea reception to explain the whole situation. The response we got from the man in the reception was to write an email to the following email account: merignac-stadium@nemea.fr. We did not accept so as we wanted a compensation on that same day. After that they agreed to pay us for the new hotel room we booked. This was not acceptable, and we required to compensate for the lost time, the several calls we did, the medication I was not able to take, and all the inconveniences caused. Finally, we got paid the hotel night at Ibis plus the Smartbox value. Finally, we would like to take the chance for you to recheck the internal policies on how you control the security as well as the emergency numbers in case any technological damage arises. A customer cannot be left abandoned as it has been done in this case.
