Merignac: hotel a 2 stelle

Posto abbastanza comodo a 1 km, 15 min a piedi dall'aereoporto, molto pulito. Tutto bene? No! ALLA RECEPTION MI HANNO FATTO (RI)PAGARE L'IMPORTO DELLA NOTTE, DICENDO CHE IL PAGAMENTO FATTO CON TRIP.COM ERA SOLO UNA PRENOTAZIONE E NON ERA STATO RICEVUTO. DOPO AVER(RI) PAGATO, QUANDO HO MOSTRATO CHE IL PAGAMENTO CON TRIP.COM ERA STATO EFFETTUATO, MI HANNO DETTO CHE NON CI POTEVANO FARE NIENTE. AL MOMENTO HO PAGATO DOPPIO E SONO IN ATTESA DI RISOLUZIONE LA SETTIMANA PROSSIMA. TUTTO QUESTO DI NOTTE. PURTROPPO MOLTO INSODDISFACENTE

Soggiorno molto positivo in questo hotel per la seconda volta. Moderno, pulito, buona colazione, ampio parcheggio, ben insonorizzato... OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITÀ PREZZO

La posizione era perfetta per un volo molto presto all'aeroporto, ha una stazione di tram. Ma a parte l'aeroporto, non molto intorno ad eccezione 3-4 restos. Camera pulita, confortevole. Colazione completa e davvero buona per 9euro. - È un'ottima ricevitrice. Basta la doccia che non è chiusa in basso e mette acqua in tutto !! Solo un punto negativo!

Mi piace molto il concetto. È molto pratico e confortevole. Le camere sono spaziose con una buona lettiera.

From the reviews, it sounded like the best at the airport while still reasonably priced. To my disappointment, the rooms are minuscule. I travel with a carry on and finding a place where to open it was a challenge. It looks like they redid the rooms but they cut a lot of corners and the work was not well finished. There are two floors and there are no elevators. The rooms and the reception are two separate building, so in the winter dress up to go for breakfast. They could improve their breakfast with fresh croissants, some typical French baguette. All in all it is OK. Next time I will try the hotels next door.

My recent stay at the B&B HOTEL Bordeaux Mérignac Hôtel de Ville was a series of frustrations and disappointments from start to finish. The staff's negative communication set the tone for what would be a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by an overwhelming cigarette odor, which was particularly distressing as I was traveling with a child. The hotel's appearance was a far cry from the advertised photos, with a dilapidated building in dire need of renovation. Accessing my room proved to be a challenge due to a malfunctioning code-locked door, leading to unnecessary waiting times and frustration. The room's layout was impractical, and the excessive noise levels, exacerbated by the poorly insulated entrance door, made it difficult to find any peace or comfort. The price charged was exorbitant considering the subpar quality and amenities provided. Throughout the night, I was subjected to constant disturbances from other guests, and the hotel's lack of soundproofing only made matters worse. The most alarming incident occurred around midnight when strangers managed to gain access to my room, raising serious concerns about the hotel's security measures. The room itself was riddled with issues, including worn-out shower seals, a leaking faucet, a torn curtain, and a general lack of cleanliness, with food remnants found under the sofa bed. The sofa bed's comfort was mediocre at best, and the room lacked adequate utensils and plates for four people. The hotel's pool facilities were poorly maintained, with a dirty foot bath, and the placement of ashtrays near the room entrances led to guests smoking and chatting loudly outside my door late into the night. To add insult to injury, the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot, particularly in the upstairs area. The pervasive cigarette smoke and the poor check-in process, coupled with the general sense of insecurity, made for a highly unpleasant stay. The room next door raised suspicions of illicit activities, with people knocking on the door every hour, further contributing to the hotel's unsavory atmosphere. I strongly advise considering alternative accommodations, even if it means spending a little more. The numerous issues I encountered at the B&B HOTEL Bordeaux Mérignac Hôtel de Ville made for a thoroughly disappointing and frustrating experience that I would not wish upon anyone.

Une nuit avec ma mère et mes 3 enfants pour prendre l'avion tôt le lendemain. Une personne vraiment adorable et aux petits soins vous acceuil dans un hôtel rénové. Les chambres communiquantes sont petites mais fonctionnelles et PROPRES!! Petit déjeuner varié avec du sucré et du salé. Tout proche de l'aéroport (pas besoin de prendre la rocade) et restaurants juste en face et à côté.

Stagione di 4 notti , mancava alcune cose per fare la cucina, e mi hanno subito fornito tutto quello che mi serviva . Molto buon accoglienza e molto buona reattività quando si chiede. Quindi soddisfatto !

La Campanile era perfettamente adatta per un soggiorno di una notte prima di volare fuori la mattina seguente. La stanza era pulita (eccetto per alcuni punti sul tappeto) e il letto era piuttosto comodo. Il personale del desk front sembrava parlare più lingue. Il buffet è stato molto buono e valeva molto il denaro.L'unica mia denuncia sarebbe la temperatura della stanza. Il termostat nella mia stanza è stato fissato a 15°C. Dopo un sacco di fischiarsi intorno, ho trovato che potevo superarlo con la temperatura della mia scelta per fino a due ore al momento. Questo non è molto utile per la notte. Dopo aver detto che non ho chiesto il desk front for thermostat instruzioni, quindi forse c'è un altro modo. L'hotel è molto conveniente per l'aeroporto; era un paio di fermate di autobus quando sono rimasto, ma penso che la estensione del tram A è ora aperta, quindi sarebbe un paio di fermate di tram.

Aparthotel alla periferia di Bordeaux a 20 min dal centro in auto , comodo x visitare l'area . Dormito 2 notti . È situato in un'area residenziale dove non vi è nulla ma a 5 min di auto si trovano tutti i servizi. Purtroppo manca aria condizionata che con il caldo di agosto è essenziale ( in realtà non è elencata tra gli ”optional ” dell'hotel e non ci avevo fatto caso all'atto della prenotazione ma da un 3 stelle moderno la davo come un servizio scontato) . L'hotel dota le camere di un ventilatore portatile , noi essendo in 4 che dormivano in letti ed ambienti diversi ne abbiamo chiesto un secondo ( in realtà nell'armadio erano presenti due scatole....) che però ci è stato negato .....a questo punto sono andato in un supermercato e ne ho comprato uno altrimenti con il caldo che c'era io e mia moglie difficilmente saremmo riusciti a dormire....ho anche chiesto un cuscino ( abitualmente dormo con 2 cuscini ) che mi è stato negato anch'esso...pulizia discreta anche se ho chiesto di cambiare la poltrona macchiata che c'era in camera ma anche in questo caso la mia richiesta non è stata esaudita....in definitiva con poco poteva essere molto meglio ( colazione non male, presenza di piscina e palestra , camera spaziosa, presenza di cucina con diversi accessori....) ma il servizio scadente da parte dello staff ha decisamente influito sul giudizio complessivo , metto 3 stelle di incoraggiamento anche se il servizio sarebbe da 1
