I was greeted by a very friendly associate at the front desk who helped me get acclimated to the property and what it offered for me. When I left, the associate asked me how my stay was... a nice added touch.
The room was clean. No complaints at all! THANK YOU for a wonderful stay.
(Just a heads up, the only struggle I had was the road to the property wasn't well-lit. The left turn is up a pretty steep hill, and having it more lit would have been awesome.)

Came to the area to go to Winterplace, this was the perfect place for my family. We felt safe, breakfast had so many options, the room and lobby were clean, and it was quick access to 77. Definitely would recommend to everyone!

I only rated this a good stay as I was a little disappointed that we booked our room for four people and only had 3 sets of towels, there was nothing in the shower to hang washcloths on and the way the room was set up, made it impossible to watch different tv shows at the same time.
Also, the mattress was not very comfortable, but I have yet to find a comfortable mattress at any reasonably priced hotel.

Overall our stay was ok. The family above us were extremely loud, jumping and running. And this continued up until midnight. Required a call to front desk.

We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed it. This time, we had a king room. It had a giant bathroom, but the room was the size of a closet. We felt cramped and uncomfortable. The rest of the property was great.

We had reservations to stay Saturday, September 23rd. Our plans changed due to the tropical storm. We needed to switch the date to Friday, September 22. I called and spoke with Angela. She was very accommodating & very friendly. She is a great example of superior customer service. We appreciate her extra effort. I am more than impressed. Please let her know the difference she made in a stressful situation. We are grateful and of course the stay was perfect! Thanks again.
PS: Please give Angela a raise!!!
