When you check in, there are lots of warnings Posted at check-in.
The paint was peeling in every room and the fire alarm battery was beeping all night.
It’s a place that people have brought pets as there was chew marks all over the door frames.
The bedding was clean. The surfaces were clean and clear. I did not see any trash or dust in my room.

Well the place has been under construction and I actually had to mop my room cuz it was Footprints everywhere there was no towels I had to go to the front desk and get them

It looked like the walls was going fall in on me major cracks in the ceiling. The tub was disgusting stained beyond belief. Needs major up dates

Worse experience ever
The front desk worker refused to give me a room when I clearly had a reservation and I showed proof of the reservation and she immediately said no and she said that she wouldn’t answer the phone when ******* would call pertaining to my booking

Poor service
Accommodations were cancelled by hotel due to overbooking. Did not get notified until we arrived at the property.

Disappointing
I was very disgusted and disappointed. It was roaches crawling everywhere , bathroom dirty, sheets dirty , who room overall dirty !

Terrible Experience
We only stayed for about 10 mins, long enough to book new hotel. Our room had a broken dead bolt, blood on pillow and pillowcase, and burn hole in blanket. When I brought it to staff attention and advised we were leaving, her response was that she was surprise another hotel had an opening. She said nothing about the issues we had. I’m waiting on refund, but it is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone, including management.

Manager need people skills i ask him for housekeeping service at my room something what never happen the only thing I get after back at night time was i sorry you can report to the owner never back again to this hotel
