Il nostro soggiorno in questo albergo ha di molto superato le aspettative. Le camere sono molto spaziose e con un ampio bagno dotato sia di doccia che di vasca. La nostra camera al primo piano era dotata di un piccolo balcone che affacciava direttamente sulla piscina e alla sinistra era possibile vedere anche la zona del porto. L'albergo inoltre offre la possibilità di usufruire della piscina, della piccola spa interna (dotata di Jacuzzi e lettini relax) e della palestra senza alcun sovrapprezzo. È inoltre possibile chiedere alla reception asciugamani sia per la piscina che eventualmente per il mare, sempre tutto a titolo gratuito. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, devo particolarmente citare José che è stato una persona molto disponibile e a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. La pulizia delle camere è impeccabile, l'orario di pulizia inizia presto, per le 08:00, ma basta appendere fuori la porta il segnalino è non verrete disturbati. L'aria condizionata, la tv e il minifrigo delle camera è un must-have molto piacevole. La posizione dell'hotel è strategica se si dispone di mezzi, è a circa 5 minuti dal porto e ben collegata con tutte le strade che portano alle altre zone dell'isola. Unica nota dolente è la non presenza del parcheggio che potrebbe essere un problema se si ha un auto

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, ospitale e rilassante. Il personale gentilissimo, super accogliente e amichevole. Ci siamo sentiti all'interno di una famiglia. Colazione e cena ottime, ogni sera proposte diverse e piatti locali. Camera accogliente e pulita. Posto ideale per rilassarsi e strategico e centrale per visitare comodamente l'isola spostandosi con l'auto. Lo consiglio vivamente. Tornassi a Minorca riprenoterei qui senza dubbio.

UUtente ospiteWhat a find! Expectations were high and the hotel and its marvellous team did not disappoint. Location (a ten minute taxi ride from the airport and only a few minutes walk to the harbour), its styling, its service with a smile (especially Bella's at breakfast), Luisa, Anna - everyone so happy to see you, making sure everything was ok. Room with sunbed terrace on the top floor so beautifully designed, our twin beds and bedding just divine, sumptuous pillows (a pillow menu!), air con silent and effective, L'Occitane toiletries, room cleaned with care every day. The most perfect of continental breakfasts; smoked salmon, avo, mushrooms, fresh fruit, croissants etc...perfectly ripe and freshly baked. No rickety table or sticky menu, here. Bean-to-cup coffee machine and assorted tea bags free all day, snacks too at lunchtime. Small garden and pool downstairs was a lovely alternative for reading, whilst cooling in the pool, or playing cards in the shade. Library/reading room with its quality books and art, providing a serene and relaxing venue to escape the sun at its hottest. My friend and i have travelled a lot and we notice everything! This hotel was just fantastic in every way - this is how it should be done. We will definitely be back.

Posizione centrale visto che la stazione dei pullman è ad un isolato e comunque il centro raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione eccellente con prodotti freschi e tipici. Camere silenziose, forse con qualche piccolo ritocco da fare. La chicca però è da evidenziare: il green corner, cioè un angolo ricco di spuntini, bevande, dolcini a disposizione degli ospiti dalle 14 in poi. Tornare da mare e trovare frutta, Panini piadine insalata olive e tanto altro non ha prezzo... ps apprezzabile la piscina panoramica e la zona solarium: relax assoluto. Tutto nel rispetto dell ambiente e della biosostenibilita' ... complimenti davvero 💯

La ricezione di questo “ hotel “ apre a 16:00.Abbiamo quindi aspettato che “” una signora ci “ accoglie “.Questa signora arriva quindi e si preoccupa di prima di tutto di “ registrare e “” pagare mentre avevamo la macchina in doppia fila! Ci sono dei codici per le nostre camere la cui apertura si fa solo per telefono. Eravamo caricati e ci sorprendeva che non ci fosse ascensore o bagagli per montare le nostre valigie all’ultimo piano . E questa donna, con un tono ironico, a pretesto di umorismo inglese, ci ha risposto che non c’era bisogno di fare un dramma e che le porterebbe! Fortunatamente abbiamo mari galanti che gli hanno evitato di portare 4 valigie da 20 kg! Ovviamente il mattino dopo per la nostra partenza alle 6:30, non c'era nessuno! Se siete anziani o a mobilità ridotta, si astenga! E non dimenticate il telefono! La piccola piscina è coperta nella corte dell'hotel. Troverete caffè solubile in queste camere a circa 300 euro a notte, ma prodotti ”Rituals”! Tuttavia, le camere sono completamente corrette! In breve, questo hotel non merita questo nome in considerazione del poca considerazione per i suoi ospiti e del senso galvaudato che il ironico “ricevitore” dà alla parola accoglienza.

Ho prenotato una stanza per una sola persona e sono stato aggiornato in una bella camera doppia con una piccola terrazza. Il posto era fantastico e conveniente. Buona posizione e grande servizio. Se avete bisogno di un valore per un posto per il vostro soggiorno, questo è il posto per voi. Ho provato anche il loro colazione e non credo sia stato troppo male se non avete tempo o in fretta per esplorare Mahon.

Le camere sono molto belle, i bagni sono grandi e la posizione è ideale, vicinissima al centro storico della città e al porto. Puoi fare tutto a piedi e nelle vicinanze c'è un parcheggio gratuito. La colazione è molto semplice, perché non abbiamo un buffet a causa del COVID, e all'improvviso non è così generoso, ci godiamo ancora succo d'arancia fatto in casa e caffè di qualità, ma mangeremo un po' di più

Breakfast was tasty with a range of small dishes made fresh to order. The welcome was lovely we got some special cookies when we checked in and a small birthday cake, what a great touch Included in the cost was the contents of the mini bar for your first use, after that it was payable, huge beds and big double shower.

UUtente ospiteJust had a wonderful weeks holiday via Jet2 at the lovely traditional Port Mahon Hotel which I first visited over 50 years ago. Prior to arriving I was offered an upgrade to a suite with balcony and sea view at modest cost which I gladly accepted. I enjoyed amazing views over the estuary, watching the big ships and colourful sunrises. Only negative was why the shower controller was 2 metres away from the shower head? Makes temperature control difficult & wastes water. The breakfast buffet was over 15M long offering everything you could wish for from fresh fruit, continental breakfast to full English. Service was swift. I did a lot of walking around Mahon and used the buses to visit Cuitadella, Fornells & Es Casteel, also the town train around Mahon and the glass bottomed boat for the harbour cruise. The Hotel is a great base for touring. I am planning to return again to Port Mahon Hotel next March when Jet2 start flying from Liverpool (more convenient). In summary, the Port Mahon Hotel exceeded my expectations and any thanks to Silvia on reception for helping with my arrangements. *** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***

BbiblistiLa struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta con una costante supervisione. C'è molto personale e sono tutti molto gentili ed attenti. La camera veniva pulita oggi giorno, le lenzuola cambiate una volta a settimana, asciugamani ogni giorno se richiesto, altrimenti ogni 2 giorni. La asciugamani per la piscina sono gratuite se richieste: basta lasciare una cauzione che poi verrà restituita. La nostra camera al 3 piano vista mare era molto bella, luminoa, ventilata e grande. La terrazza la sera andava in ombra permettendoci di godercela al meglio, c'è un piccolo stendino richiudibile che è comodissimo. Piscina grande e ben tenuta. Servirebbe maggiore attenzione a chi occupa con le sole asciugamani i lettini per ore. È vietato dal regolamento ma molte persone sono maleducate. Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione: colazione ottima, cena varia e del tutto accettabile anche per me che sono vegetariana. Trattasi di cucina internazione ovviamente. Le bevande non sono incluse ma i prezzi sono più che onesti. Discesa al mare comodissima direttamente dall' hotel. La spiaggia è divisa in due: una parte è libera l' altra attrezzata. La spiaggia è parecchio invasa dalle alghe ma il mare è pulito. Basta fare una breve passeggiata ed andare al di là del promontorio per trovare mare perfetto, sabbia bianca e niente alghe.

HHymn_La posizione è molto bella, sulle strade aperte e sulle passi strette ma molto vicino alla strada principale. Il personale era molto gentile e utile e paziente con noi, anche se non potevamo parlare la lingua giusta. le camere sono spaziose e eccellentemente tempestose e esteticamente piacevoli. hanno una zona comune con tetto aperto dove si può starguardare in estate Notte.

UUtente ospiteWe arrived before our apartment was ready and had an hour to kill, so went for something to eat at the pool bar, the food was not good, stone cold chips and a bacon coloured chicken burger, pizza that looked like a tortilla with cheese, which made us decide to give the resort food a miss. Keys collected and into the apartment, we were in Caleta Playa very close to the beach, with a fantastic view and a west facing balcony. The apartment was basic, 2 rings, toaster, microwave remember to take a sharp knife and coffee cups the room is only supplied with espresso cups. don't worry about towels or toilet paper the house keeping lady came everyday. Small shop on site and better shop about 7mins away. This is a remote place with very little nearby everywhere is a walk, bus or taxi, Cuitadella which 30 mins walk or 5 euro's in a taxi is a must, also good bus service. PROS, beautiful area super close to beach and clear sea. Plenty of sunbeds and 7 pools at the resort. Both bedroom and living area had AC House keeping everyday. Nearest bar is about 5 min's away ODEUM which is very nice with a Pizza van on site. Free security box helpful reception staff more than happy to get a taxi CONS, it's used and could really do with some investment, limited equipment in the apartments. Very poor Wifi Very limited for food and drinks near hotel.
