Exceeded expectations! The house was wonderfully clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed the proximity to Janssen Park with our toddler. Will definitely stay again when we come back to check out the bike park!

Spacious and cozy My family stayed the weekend to visit UARM. I have 3 teenagers so I need plenty of room. This home was very clean, lots of room and had everything needed for a home away from home. There is a TV in every room, WI-FI, and a few games we played since we had rain. Cute house in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything. We had no issues with a smooth check in and check out. We will stay here again!

Hiking Trip to Black Fork Mountain We were four adults (wife, our two adult sons, and me + two dogs) on a weekend trip to hike the Black Fork Mountain Trail. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and well kept. It was well supplied with everything we needed. Everyone had their own bedroom with large beds and overall house was spacious and nicely decorated. It even had a hot tub which was nice after an 8-hour hike!! The only drawback was that there was a fire ban in place, so we didn't get to enjoy the nice fire pit and sitting area (as much). Kudos to our host, Riley Johnson, on a very nice property!!!
