Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Memphis

La Guest House era bellissima. Mi sembrava di entrare in una scena di un film. Posto molto bello. Hanno un cinema con film gratuiti di Elvis ogni sera, il cibo era eccellente e il servizio era eccezionale. La posizione è ottima e molto sicura. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque nella zona. Vorrei che potessimo rimanere più a lungo.

Honestly, we had an amazing experience at the hotel. Very friendly staff, and helpful with food recommendations (she pointed us to Flight and we loved it!). Great location. Our room was very quiet and clean. I was worried about some of the reviews I had read, but those weren’t my experience at all. For the price, this hotel can’t be beat.

Quando ho deciso di rimanere la notte a Memphis non ho avuto idea di dove stare, ma sono stumbled su The Peabody e hanno avuto una grande stanza disponibile! È un hotel più vecchio con un sacco di fascino. Il letto era super comodo e la stanza aveva una grande vista! E non dimenticate di guardare il Marzo dei Duck in mattinata prima di partire!

Per dare un’idea di cosa sia questo hotel, immaginate di fittare per una notte una camera all’interno dell’Ikea…questo e’ il Big Cypress Lodge, una struttura ricettiva con stanze distribuite e con vista all’interno di un grande magazzino specializzato in vendita di attrezzatura da pesca. La camera tutto sommato non era male, ma ho trovato davvero deprimente affacciarmi al balcone e non sapere se fosse giorno o notte. A cio’ si aggiunga una pessima assistenza al cliente. Per raccontarne una, al momento del check out, nel riprendere l’autovettura ho avuto la disavventura di dimenticare una mia borsa sul banco del car valet all’ingresso dell’hotel; ritornato dopo poche ore sul posto, nonostante mi sia stato confermato che la borsa fosse stata rinvenuta da tale CALEB, un ragazzo dipendente dell’hotel addetto al car valet, non mi e’ stata piu’ restituita! Borsa sparita, nonostante decine di telefonate ed email scambiate con la direzione dell’hotel. Fate attenzione quindi a non lasciare niente in camera o in giro, non vi verra’ piu’ restituito! Insomma per me e’ stata una pessima esperienza e quindi sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Was here for a conference at the adjoining conference center. Don't let the close proximity to the Renasant tempt you to stay. Half of the people I traveled with had broken air conditioning in their rooms, some having it break in the middle of the night. I had to switch rooms as the first was 85 degrees and had ants crawling on the AC unit. The bathroom makeup mirror was broken and so were the racks holding the shampoo and conditioner. The second room was a little better but was still very dirty. There was a dirty washcloth left in the sink for the first two days. The duvet and carpet had dirt on it and part of the floor was sticky. The hallways are stuffy, humid, and musty, the elevators seemed like they are falling apart, and the skybridge to the conference center smelled like mold. As others have mentioned, the restaurant in the lobby is extremely expensive for what you get so don't bother. The hotel is also on the edge of downtown and we didn't feel very comfortable walking to places. The place really needs a refresh.

We were exceptionally pleased with the service we received here. At check-in, we were greeted as Platinum Elite members and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we received Platinum benefits. There is a charge for valet parking, but the cost was a bargain, for the service. We ordered room service for dinner, for which there is an additional charge, but it was well worth it, because - again -we had exceptional service. Food was very good for dinner and even better, for breakfast. Our room was very clean, with soft beds. It was more quiet than we had anticipated, but that may be because Beale Street is actually about a block away. Hotel is in a great location, right across the street from Fedex Forum and the Memphis Rock & Soul Museum. Easy drive to Graceland. Also, there are many great restaurants within 1 to 2 miles of this hotel. We will definitely keep this hotel ”on the radar” for a future visit !

Hotel comodissimo all’uscita della I40 su downtown Memphis. Vari comfort presenti: piscina, bar, ristorante! Purtroppo è leggermente fuori dal centro città (20 minuti a piedi o 5 minuti con il trolley o bus). Ad ogni modo, struttura vecchiotta con però ampie camere, pulite e con il necessario. Ampio e spazioso bagno! Personale molto cordiale e gentile.

Quando esplorò Memphis (Beale st) mi è stato eletto di rimanere nel cuore della città centrale di Memphis. Ho potuto godere e sbattermi nella mia stanza senza preoccupazioni. Ho fortemente raccomandato.
