We had reservations for 3 rooms: 1 elderly couple with mobility issues, one single, and another couple, one of whom was a few days out from knee surgery. On arrival, we were told that only 1 1st-floor room was available. Not ideal, but ok. Then we were told that the elevator only worked going up. Well that was a big problem as stairs were not possible for 2 sets of us. So I asked if we could have a refund as they could not provide reasonable access to a room. No because I "didn't request" a first floor room. Of course, I had no way to know the elevator was out! I wasn't interested in being out the money for 3 rooms so we stayed...the clerk put us in a room near the end of the long hall. Approx. 30 rooms would have been closer to the elevator. The knee patient's room had carpet at the entrance that was frayed to the point of creating a fall risk.
The toilet paper holder is so far in front of the toilet that you have to stretch hard to reach - unless you are short & can't reach at all! 1 toilet ran all night.
Breakfast was "cage free eggs" - only. They were white and looked so bad that most of us refused to eat them. The ones who did eat them said they were awful.
The website indicated that this is a pet-free hotel, an important detail for 1 of us. However, 1 of our rooms was full of cat hair. We saw 6 dogs going into 1 room and 3 into another.
Credentials for the internet did not work for one room; one had only enough signal to get mail, nothing else.
Don't stay here!
