Hotel in zona Hibbett Sports, Memphis

There was quite a bit of construction going on at the hotel that we were not warned about ahead of time, so construction debris was abundant inside and outside the hotel. There was a gentleman living in his car outside of the hotel, accompanied by a significant homeless population. There was a cockroach that crawled across the bed the morning that we woke up. Several of the advertised amenities were not available the morning that we were there, including breakfast and the pool, and the elevator to the fourth floor did not work, so we had to take an alternate elevator at the office at end of the hotel. There was no hot water available coming from the shower fixture. There were cars revving up their engines extremely loud in close proximity to the hotel until about 12 AM, which affected our sleep. I would have given my satisfaction rating a zero, but I was at least able to get about six hours of sleep, so I recognise that the experience could have been worse. We had booked for two nights, but decided to check out after the first night, because I was unwilling to pay for these conditions.

I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel. I don't know how they are able to fly a Hampton flag and pass inspection. It's more like a Motel 6. We arrived at 1:30am and without even being asked our name or confirmation number, the front desk agent said since it was after midnight that our reservations were cancelled and we would have to try and rebook online and we wouldn't be guaranteed the same rates, etc. This was not what I wanted to hear after being on an airplane all day. I told her she didn't know what she was talking about and she kept arguing with me. I said here is my confirmation number and then she was like, ”Oh, I see, you already checked in on-line so you are good to go!” um yes, this is what I was trying to say if you would've asked appropriate questions instead of just basically telling me I wasn't going to have a room. All I needed was a physical key. We got our keys and then she asked about our car and made it a point to say that cars get broken in to all of the time so just to keep an eye on it! So once that was all figured out, we went up to our room/s only to find out we had no towels and no remote and the bathroom totally smelled like ****. We had to keep our bathroom door shut our entire time. It was coming through the vents. Since it was so late and we had more than 1 room, I wasn't even going to try and ask for a different room at this point. We just wanted to get to sleep. We slept in the next morning after our late night. Breakfast is supposed to be from 6am-9am. We got downstairs at 8:40am and basically everything was out. The breakfast attendant was extremely rude when people were asking if she was going to replenish anything. We ended up going out for breakfast. Part of the reason I choose Hamptons is for the FREE HOT BREAKFAST!! Also our Heating/AC didn't work at all. There was a thermostat on the wall that didn't work, so we tried to do it on the actual unit - no luck. We had no hot water during our stay, just luke warm, the tub didn't drain so you stood in a foot of water by the end of your shower. The hotel is outdated, no fridge or microwaves in the rooms, rude staff, no vending or soda machines. I filled out the Hilton survey specifically asking for a call back and of course nobody has called yet to follow up on these issues. I heard other guests saying they didn't have hot water either. There are plenty of other choices out there to stay at. I wish I would've read the reviews before booking this hotel.

Il condizionamento d'aria non funzionava bene. Ho una regina non una doppia. Il personale pensava di portare persone in piu' nella piscina che non avevo usato. Il mio nipote e la figlia sono venuti in camera per rifrigersi perché era caldo.

Il personale era super amichevole e l'hotel è solo una breve gita all'aeroporto. La stanza ha profumato terribile e era molto scesa. Non aveva nemmeno un bagaglio in camera. La parte peggiore è stata la cazzo di cazzo che ho smascherato la mattina. Non potevo uscire abbastanza velocemente. Non consigliare di rimanere qui

Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La signora del desk front è molto carina. Controlla lentamente perché era l'unica ad operare. Ha fatto il meglio che poteva. L'atmosfera era terribile nel lobby. La metà delle luci non erano accese, la TV era spenta, il ristorante e il bar erano chiusi per la mancanza di personale. Avrebbero dovuto avere qualcosa inviato sull'app IHG, così avrei avuto una testa in alto. Rimanerei qui per le camere, ma certamente avrei considerato altre opzioni che sono nella stessa gamma di prezzo.

L'hotel è davvero carino. Pulire. Prima volta che soggiorno al primo piano. Era troppo rumoroso. Le pulizie mi hanno raggiunto quella mattina prima dell'orario di check-out. A parte questo è stato bello.
