Iberostar Herceg Novi - All Inclusive

It is an all inclusive hotel and they are not mean. The quality of food and drinks are better than expected. Worth the stay.

I’m coming back again this year! Because this hotel has exceeded all expectations. From arrival to departure everything has been perfect. The weather was slightly warmer than usual, the hotel reception Bodjar was charming & helpful. The spa girls gave amazing treatments. The pool bar & beach bar staff were so friendly and polite. Kids club was super interactive along with adult games for us! Everyone is so friendly and polite. The water taxi to take you from the hotel to heroic Novi is adorable and a great service the guys do a great job! The restaurant chefs make beautiful food! I do not have one complaint and there is something for everyone. They really cater to everything. Eden the restaurant waiter was really friendly and there is never a plate left empty at your table they just come and clear it right away! Overall the hotel has been un faulted & I will return later in the year :) well done Herceg novi iberostar thankyou jet2 holidays! & see you soon xxx Tracy

Excellent hotel with an amazing location, the views from wherever you are in the hotel are fantastic. Rooms are good plenty of space large balconies, staff are friendly and helpful. Food is very good plenty of choice over 7 days. Pool is very cold but once you're in it's still cold lol. Drinks are plentiful and good quality. Tge entertainment team are very good and not the pushy type. Nighttime entertainment is a bit naff but due to location they have a captive audience All in all had a great week at the hotel. Shop around for excursions, Jet2 are expensive we used the girl by the pool.

We just had the most amazing family holiday at Iberostar in Monte*****. The hotel was clean, and the rooms are attended to everyday. The food consisted of a decent variety, with as much fresh fish and meat cooked for you to your liking. And as for the hotel staff, they really make the experience A class! Everyone and I mean everyone from the house keeper, receptionists, to the bar staff, restaurant workers and the animation team. We were consistently greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by everyone, and they were absolutely amazing with my two little ones. My daughter was old enough to join in with some activities at the Kids Club and she enjoyed those. As a family we joined Valentina on a scenic walk to a beautiful iew spot and I also did some activities solo. There's always something going on. We also enjoyed a couple of days by the pool and on the private hotel beach. The water is gentle and easy enough to enter. I felt at ease letting my two play and dip their toes in the sea. The views are stunning. Day trips out can easily be arranged as there's always someone there (Bobita was great) to sort. The hotel is definitely tricky for people not able to climb stairs, other than that I highly recommend this for a family destination in the sun! Thank you to all the workers there, you're really doing a great job for your guests. Special thanks to: entertaining and brilliant work with the kids: Valentina, Kate and Bobita. In the restaurant Aldo, Tijana, Mirko, Vuk and Semir and on reception Vanja who was always available to help and helped a lot. Not forgetting my favourite bar server, Ruslan, who made me the best cocktails!

Malheureusement, il m'est impossible de mettre plus que 3 étoiles. Points positifs : - l'emplacement, magnifique vue, plage, décor dépaysement total - proximité de plusieurs magnifiques lieux touristiques et la navette pour la ville (mais 10€ c'est trop cher 5€ suffirait) - équipe du bar très sympathique ! Points négatifs : - La propreté des chambres, la note était extrêmement sale, évier, baignoire avec de la crasse, coulures le long de la porte balcon, cheveux par terre etc.. Ménage à revoir - le buffet, conscient que certains plats reviennent chaque jour mais nous avons littéralement mangé la même chose durant tout le séjour, plat extrêmement basique, rien de cuisiné, juste viande ou poisson à la plancha, salade identique chaque jour, aucun plat typique du pays. - l'équipe d'animation, malheureusement si vous refusez une fois de participer à leur jeux, ils ne vous diront plus bonjour et vous ignore complètement, uniquement sympa pour avoir leur salaire. - les escaliers, nous avons comptes plus 120 marches pour rejoindre notre building du restaurant faire cela plusieurs fois par jour est très fatiguant surtout pour des gens plus âgés, cela devrait être préciser sur le site, mis en avant

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, wunderschöner Ausblick. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern könnte verbessert werden. Haare, die nicht von uns waren seit Beginn des Aufenthaltes nicht entfernt. Betten und Badezimmer sehr gut. Sehr schade, dass die Roof-Top Bar nicht geöffnet hatte. Servicepersonal im Restaurant zu schnell. Atmosphäre im Restaurant leider sehr laut. Livemusik beim Essen schön, aber viel zu laut.

The location, the beach, the hotel, rooms, views, restaurants, food - top notch. I'd happily come here again & again. Excellent music, live music, staff are so friendly, so helpful. I wish I could put all their names. Marija in reception, Ms Thania in restaurant waitress, Mr. Ruslin in bar, Mr. Milo - supervisor, Mr. Denis in live station where he's making fish/egg - they are all excellent staff. They are always smiley and polite. I can't recommend the hotel enough. Thoroughly enjoyed

Just returned from a week's stay with my daughter. The hotel is wonderful and is in the Bay of Kotor, a Unesco World Heritage site. It is spectacularly beautiful. On our second day we watched dolphins for about 15 minutes while they 'played' in the sea. The staff are extremely efficient, kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A shout out to the Animation Team, Nikolas, Sario, Valentino and Kate who kept us entertained with their endless energy, games, dancing and fun. In particular, Nikolas, who performs amazing card tricks! Would go back in a heart beat.

First the good stuff! The staff are lovely, friendly & helpful. The Iberostar app was great - you can message reception & get a reply almost immediately. We ordered a kettle on the app & it arrived quickly - very efficient! The Wi-Fi is amazing - all across the hotel. Rooms are lovely & there’s a water dispenser on each level & a decanter in your room - great idea! As many people have said the hotel isn’t suitable for anyone with mobility issues - lots of steps to negotiate. The only things we weren’t 100 percent happy with were the ready mixed cocktails & the very repetitive food choices. They did start to improve with some themed nights so perhaps it gets better as the season goes on. But all in all a great hotel with stunning views & lovely staff.
