Ваше утро начинается с ударов молотка поскольку у отеля вдруг не ожидаемо начался ремонт. На просьбу прекратить шум от ресепшена не получаете никаких значимых результатов и ремонт продолжается. Не рекомендуем если вы конечно не хотите столкнутся с незапланированным ремонтом в 9 утра и не состоятельным ресепшеном который даже после 2 просьб так и не смог приостановить строителей хотя бы на несколько часов. Не порядочно скрывать ремонт от своих гостей в таких случаях обычно отель закрывается или предупреждают гостей.

We celebrated our daughters 50 th birthday.. the hotel organized our golf at Dunas.. was great.. at breakfast my daughter got a small delicious birthday cake.. and we had also an excellent dinner.. we had a beautiful view from our room at the historical city of Santiago de Cacém! Staying at the Octant hotels are always a success !

The view of town from my room was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food and wine at restaurant. The best breakfast selection I’ve seen in Portugal. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere and perhaps the best. Stay here if visiting this beautiful area!!

We had an excellent stay in April 2025. Patrick, who waited on us for dinner, couldn't have provided a better experience. He was friendly and knowledgeable and offered a great wine tasting experience. We also enjoyed the food for both dinner and breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights at start of a cycling trip. Large comfortable rooms, quiet and dark at night, meant good nights sleep. Ate both nights at Hotel, food was very good again service was excellent. Good breakfast, all in all a very nice stay. Bit cool for the pool, and mountain biking down to the coast was good. Quiet region.

Beautiful hotel, great check in offered a cookie and a drink. Every staff member was so kind and answered all our questions. The rooms were beautiful and the back patio had amazing views at sunset. This was our first day to start our hike on Rota Vincentia. We had a great dinner, nice breakfast in the morning. The staff packed us a wonderful To go lunch for our hike that day. All around great service and beautiful place.

We had a garden room with patio overlooking the old town, the sunsets were spectacular. The room was well appointed and had everything we wanted. The bathroom was ok although a little tired in places. Breakfast was fine and dinner in the restaurant was good. The service from the team was ok. The hotel could do with some TLC in a couple of areas. Pool is good. Overall I would rate this hotel as 3.5/5

Fantastic hotel - driven by wonderful design, excellent food and most importantly staff that go the extra mile - from Marta who served us a wonderful lunch & assisted us at breakfast, the cleaning staff - the hotel is spotless but they are also super friendly to the front desk who go the extra mile to ensure you have a great time. I will return again and hope to do one of the cookery courses- well done and thanks again

We have just spent the past 5 nights at this wonderful, cute & quirky hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and well designed. We had a room with a terrace which was so lovely. We ate in the restaurant for 3 nights and 1 lunch and everything we had was of the highest quality with a good menu choice. But what stands out most is Joao ( the hotel director ) and his amazing staff - nothing is too much trouble for them. They were friendly, polite and always had a big smile on their faces. A special thanks to Alex and his gin & tonics and the Two Ana’s who were just delightful. A car is a must in order to explore the stunning beaches as there is not a great deal in the surrounding area. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for making our holiday with you extra special.
