We booked a quick trip to Melbourne for the footy. Because it was only 1 night we booked only a basic king room, and I also wanted to avoid a noisy 09 room. Arrived at reception to be informed they had upgraded us to an 09 room. I told the check in agent I did not want that room, despite it being an upgrade, and would be quite happy with the original room booked. She insisted on contacting the manager and they eventually moved us to an executive suite. This was a large and comfortable room, excellent bathroom and shower and comfortable bed. We did not notice any loud noise from Swanston Street from this suite. Quick trip up to the club lounge for a few drinks and nibbles before footy. Drink selection improved since our last visit and now a selection of spirits is available. Club lounge has nice staff. Breakfast there in the morning was also good. The club lounge has very nice decor. Will be back for 3 nights in August so hopefully will be as enjoyable.

The staff members were great! They were attentive and friendly and made us feel very welcome—the highlight of our stay. The location in the heart of the theatre district is also terrific. The elite lounge has kind of an odd setup, but both breakfast options and evening appetizers and drinks were plentiful and tasty. Water pressure in the shower was a trickle, and our 2 double beds were comically close together—maybe 15cm between them. Overall, though, it was a quality Marriott experience.

Il luogo ha una decorazione lussuosa e tutte le attrazioni (infatti mi piace come sono tecnici le camere). Le camere sono molto pulite e pulite ogni giorno. Un giorno, quando è stato accidentalmente ignorato, il manager ha fatto un punto per affrontare personalmente la pulizia la sera quando sono tornato nella stanza e l'ho portato all'attenzione. Infine, ma non meno importante, il caffè in hotel è solo grande - si può avere un caffè e brekkie b4 si inizia qui oggi. Sarei sicuramente tornato a questo posto quando io m Melbourne, e felicemente lo consigliere agli altri.

La posizione è molto conveniente, proprio a Tang Huang Street, le attrazioni che vanno in città sono molto vicine e il viaggio in auto è molto conveniente.L'hotel è molto pulito, il personale di servizio è anche molto amichevole e la vita è molto confortevole.Il parcheggio richiede un'altra tassa, 25 giochi per una notte.

Recently had 5 nights at this hotel with breakfast included in daily tariff. Excellent hotel in great location for the theatre district. Easy walking distance to free trams and multitude of mainly Asian restaurants. The room was well appointed and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.. Haven't slept so well for ages.. The room was cleaned and made up every morning with clean towels etc. The sheets were changed after 3 nights. Breakfast was adequate with several cold selections as well as tasty hot selections of bacon, eggs, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and other daily changes. All staff were very helpful and pleasant but the standout was 'Guy' We had several interactions with him and he was amazing in his caring customer service. This hotel is very lucky to have him onboard. He was extremely helpful on all levels and a really nice genuine man. Will gladly return to this hotel on the next sojourn to Melbourne.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

Devo dire che la posizione è 10/10 come un blocco lontano dalla stazione di crociera meridionale.Abbiamo preso l'aeroporto Skybus e abbiamo preso una breve passeggiata con i nostri 2 toddlers all'hotel con il nostro 4 check in bagagli con facilità. Coles” anche in tutta la strada con tonnellate di opzioni alimentari vicine. È anche all'interno della zona di tram libero così un altro grande plus per noi! Le nostre  camere sono venute con colazione continentale. Selezione durante il colazione non era grande, ma i bambini e noi non erano fuzzy. La nostra camera puzza un po' di stalla quando controlliamo all'inizio ma la maggior parte delle volte siamo usciti e intorno e dopo un po', non così notevole. In generale un hotel gratis di grande valore. Certamente spero di tornare presto!

The hotel is run by to most horrific people imaginable.. who have no vision for long term building of wealth. But the fish rots from the head down, so the owners set the tone with a toxic culture that marginalises already vulnerable people. They hotel takes money from an organisation that is supposed to be housing people after a building fire and other people whom are at risk of homelessness. But, the profile the Unison Housing clients and treat them terribly when they check in and impose conditions that are unrealistic, unjust and but those already vulnerable people in danger of eviction from the hotel because they are being subjected to rules no other guests has to follow. The hotel look down on the Unison Housing guests and think they are better than them and treat them as such. Where’s in reality the real criminals are the people running the hotel that will do anything for short term immediate money by not keeping up with maintenance and think that is how you create long term wealth. The washing machines need fixing and are crazy loud. They didn’t supply toilet paper but the smallest amount that would only last a few times going to the toilet. No crockery, cutlery, anything to cock with at all, no toaster because the kitchen power point is so high up it is unusable, so you have to use it on the lounge room floor and if you did use a toaster you could possibly burn the place down. What kind of people take a booking for vulnerable people who have been through an incredibly traumatic event like a fire, impose unreasonable conditions and impose eviction on them for having support people caring for them and then evict them because of this. If this is how you need to make money there is something deeply wrong with the individual. They also have a person tracking the movements of Unison housing guests by having staff sit at the entrance and write down their comings and goings which is incredibly triggering for a woman that had a rapist stalking them. Knowing that information Unison Housing directed the hotel to place someone who had been stalked into an apartment that had been broken into and complied with that request. I will never and could never understand how people could place a vulnerable person with all this trauma into a situation like that and be okey with themselves afterwards and think they are fabulous in their cheap ass shoes. Me the victim, me the vulnerable the at risk of homelessness had better shoes and they look down on me because I had been through a fire and were being housed by Unison Housing who didn’t do a job that was any better. I would never stay at this hotel or any of the other franchises when this is how they conduct themselves.

Melbourne Red Hotel, nel complesso, si sente bene 😊 Grande camera da letto, piccola camera, una persona è proprio bene! L'acqua è necessaria per prendere il sesto piano da sola, o può essere chiamato servizio in camera. È molto conveniente ovunque nel centro della città. Nella zona libera del tram, gli attrazioni circostanti possono andare a piedi quasi tutti. È fantastico. L'ambiente di colazione è buono, ma dopo tre giorni di fila, mi sento un po'scio e il rapporto prezzo è abbastanza buono

There are some positives to this hostel such as the fact that you have privacy curtains which is honestly the only reason I stayed this long, why more hostels don't install this simple but deal breaking detail I don't know. The rooftop is a good thing to have in summer months and it is a fairly sociable hostel. On the downside the hostel is constantly cold due to their insistence on blasting air con on full all year round even in the peak of winter. It makes for an uncomfortable experience and as guests are forbidden from touching the air con dials with signs saying to speak to reception (who will momentarily change it for perhaps 30 mins before that cold gust of air comes back on). It is good to have separate bathrooms not just one private one for the room, or a communal set of showers like others, here you have a bunch of separate shower rooms with their own door. Unfortunately they often smell foul due to the drains. I didn't experience much of the free breakfast as the window is very early and doesn't work for those who work late. All in all a fairly average experience that could be easily made better with a bit of common sense.

Non mi aspettavo che la nostra stanza avesse una vista su un muro dal prossimo edificio. Avrei dovuto prendere una foto per mostrare. Hallway è stretta. Buffet - la stessa cena serve ogni giorno e non molte scelte. Il primo giorno dopo la colazione a buffet, ho avuto un buffet. sospetto che sia la macchina del caffè. Su una nota positiva, la posizione è perfetta e vicino a un bel ristorante.

Bella, pulita, confortevole posizione per soggiornare con grandi viste ........specie buona posizione per il Mercato di Queen Vic, e facile per entrare e uscire dal centro se si guida. Solo due piccoli reclami: la stanza aveva una piccola macchina nespresso: 2 persone che rimase per 2 notti = solo 2 capsule di caffè! Non abbastanza. Sono sicuro che se avessimo chiesto alla ricezione avrebbero mandato un paio di altri, ma per una cosa così piccola, non dovresti chiederglielo! L'altra cosa è che il cambio di luce è molto strano, molto difficile da capire come funziona e semplicemente accendere la luce nella stanza che stai camminando. Come ho detto ....minor rumbles, e si fermerà definitivamente di nuovo. Un punto finale ..... Quando abbiamo controllato abbiamo chiesto la possibilità e il tasso di soggiorno lungo (circa un mese o così) più tardi nell'anno. Il ricevitore ha detto che mi avrebbe inviato le informazioni. Poche settimane dopo, e ho ancora sentito qualcosa!

Molto ben situato, vicino alla maggior parte delle cose. Non aveva problemi con la stanza. Aveva tutto quello che mi serviva per il mio soggiorno. L'unica questione minore era la custodia che sperava di fare mentre ero fuori durante il giorno, ma poi ho scoperto che poteva essere fatto solo dopo le due. Potrebbe essere dovuto a loro essere a corto raggio e non è colpa loro, ma sarebbe stato bello tornare in una stanza servita. Ho sfruttato le piscine, la stanza a vapore e la sauna. Grande modo di rilassarsi dopo un giorno stressante. In generale, un buon soggiorno in una bella stanza con una visione spettacolare, consiglierei e resteresti ancora.

Questo è un posto meraviglioso per rimanere: ho avuto un aggiornamento attraverso un programma di premi e mi è stato molto piacere che fosse disponibile perché le opinioni che avevo erano semplicemente sorprendenti. Anche grazie ai premi, sono stato accolto con favore con una bottiglia di vino bianco libero e con l'opportunità di controllare tardi. Quando sono arrivato molto presto, il ricevitore (che era incredibilmente amichevole e sorridente) era felice di tenere il mio bagaglio, così potevo andare a prendere la mia giornata. Quando sono tornato, ha spiegato tutte le strutture disponibili, in modo che non dovessi cacciare nulla. Al 47° piano, ho semplicemente tornito sopra la maggior parte degli edifici che mi circondano. Ho anche una stanza di angolo (4713), che significava avere una vista da due lati. È essenzialmente uno studio, ma con il letto si è afferrato lontano dal principale soggiorno. La stanza era grande, con un senso molto moderno. Il bagno, anche se un po 'piccolo, era pulito e apparve come nuovo come il resto della stanza. Il letto si fece in città, che ha offerto una vista sorprendente. Certamente uno per coppie e singole. Grande toccare per avere controlli laterali per ciechi, illuminazione dell'umorismo e punti di potenza. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui! La posizione in CBD è grande con tram e metro vicino!
