The hotel is very new and located right in the heart of the city — an excellent location. Security is good, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The room is spacious and features a sustainable design, though no toothbrushes are provided. However, the management could use some improvement. We noticed that the body wash had run out but wasn’t refilled during our stay. Upon checkout, the staff called to say I had checked out a day early, which was confusing since I had already completed the checkout process. We had to return to the hotel to resolve the issue, which turned out to be a mix-up with another guest’s record

Really liked the customer service provided. I arrived early and an early check in was accommodated. The hotel is near malls and cafes, and trams, making it very accessible. The room was clean but could do with giving free toiletries instead of having to ask for one.

Dear all, Good day, The entire trip consider all good. I've booked for 4 nights but due to sudden changed of schedule, I'd requested to cancel the 4th night stay, 24 hours earlier. Unfortunately, hotel's staff informed that this request was too late. Trip.com and Holiday Inn should explain well on above matter.

Great experience starting from the check in and all the way till our departure. Big smiles and welcoming entrances. Maybe a small setback will be the closure of the back road to the hotel in the early afternoon.

So clean and really great staff. Location is also perfect. Would recommend.

酒店位置非常好，就在墨爾本CBD的中心，出門就是繁華的商業街區，各種輕軌（墨爾本沒有地鐵，全部是有軌電車）穿梭而過，酒店乾乾淨淨的，前台服務還可以，酒店早餐品質也可以，就是連住幾天一直不換這點不好。酒店是新酒店各種設施較新。最大的問題是墨爾本的酒店價格每天都在變，而且價格差異巨大，例如週末的價格可能是週一的價格的一倍以上。

設施：酒店今年新開的，設施都非常新，很舒適，操作關燈很方便，冰箱吹風機都是新的 衞生：非常乾淨，公共區域一塵不染 環境：地理位置優越，絕對的市中心 服務：服務很nice 剛開業的酒店，非常實惠還有早餐，真的可以沖

設施：非常新，房間內部沒有味道，電梯味道很大，G層走廊味道也大。 衞生：新的酒店，衞生沒話説 環境：內部環境很好，房間窗外沒有任何景色，離對面的樓很近，可以清晰看到對面，所以一直都拉簾住的。 服務：有中文服務，staff都很友好親力親為。早餐的福利也很好，staff非常熱情。早餐有honey蠻有特色，還有現做🥚。

酒店位置很好，門口就是Elisabeth Street Station，可乘坐96及86線免費電車到市區景點，亦是2025年新建的酒店，裝修很好，值得推薦，讚！！

Отель новый, стильный, в самом центре. Есть все для отличного отдыха. Мне не хватило только бутилированной воды в номере, халатов и тапочек. В остальном все супер

非常現代化的裝修和服務。很喜歡。 房間很乾凈，就是沒有可通風的窗户。 還有體重秤，很人性化。 服務還是很不錯的，早餐品種比較少，但是味道不錯能吃飽。

酒店非常新，據説我們是第一批入住客人。步行可到周圍繁華區，唐人街。房間不大不過乾淨夠用，前台和樓下接待都很有禮貌。唯一就是不能停車，停車場比較遠，拿行李較麻煩

在city正中間，雖然說是在步行街上，但門口就有免費的Tram，很方便。後面的Gelato也超好吃，以後還來。
