There is a garden around the hotel, and plenty of parking spaces. The lobby area offers plenty of seating and both for eating and meetings. On the first floor is the is a good size gym with plenty of machines and weights. The rooms are a good size and well planned, working both for short and long stays. Overall, it is a nice hotel at a good location.

I was arriving at the Tullamarine airport late at night, therefore I had booked a night at the Ciloms Hotel before moving into the city the next day. The hotel shuttle was very easy to book, just give the hotel a call once you have got all the bags and the shuttle comes almost every 15 mins. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, room is spacious and clean.

Best Western Melbourne Airport is a fantastic place to stay pre or post air travel, especially when you have an early or late departure or arrival. This was our second visit and both times it was immaculately clean, exceptionally comfy and very quiet. The shuttle service is great, a quick call on arrival and in about 10 mins the BW mini-bus is there to pick you up - or schedule drop-off to the airport with the friendly faces at reception - too easy. Very affordable for the facilities and services provided. Highly recommend!

I arrived in the evening in Melbourne and I wish the hotel has better information regarding their on-demand free shuttle. I researched previously but not much info found so ended up paying $25aud for a short taxi ride. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was surprised that they did not have my booking despite I had it pre-paid and received confirmation number. It took more than 30min to sort it out. Room was okay though nothing special. The air conditioning vent was blowing directly onto the head rest area on the bed, and it was rather uncomfortable, so I ended up sleeping sideways. Shower and bathroom were generally clean but don’t expect a lot of amenities. Next morning when I checked out, I was surprised the staff asked me again whether the room payment had been settled! Given the whole ordeal the night before, I was surprised that no messages were passed on regarding my booking! Good thing was Trip.com was quick to respond to help sort out the situation but little apology was given by the hotel. Will I book this place again? Highly unlikely!

very good location to the airport , within 15 minutes drive . And there’s a good Chinese restaurant near by within the walking distance . Linen is clean , hot water all the time . And space is large enough for me coz I have lots of stuff . They also have some amenities for you to make some simple food like the micro wave and toaster , fridge and the kettle. And the stuff is very helpful as well.

L'appartamento, anche se molto piccolo e letto estremamente inconfortabile, era pulito e moderno. La prenotazione era buona e facile, anche se mi è stato inviato un messaggio che mi avrebbe detto di essere contattato per organizzare il parcheggio ect, questo non è successo e al momento che li ho contattati non fu detto nessun posto rimanente e di parcheggiare la strada con un grigliato rosso. La mattina dopo andavamo a prendere il parcheggio che abbiamo pagato, ma ci siamo fermati cercando di entrare perché non era aggiunto alla nostra chiave. Andato alla reception a 4.30 per ottenere i pulizie pulite e un po' di caffè solo per trovarlo chiuso presto, ma la ragazza alla reception è stata chiusa dietro una porta chiusa e quando finalmente l'ho trovata, è stato detto di andare a prendere il mio caffè e il caffè è un onere aggiuntivo. Solo due per due persone due notti non è una grande esperienza per il prezzo che paghi
