BEAUTIFUL & SPACIOUS 3 BEDROOMS HOME WITH LAKE VIEW

The property is nice and has everything we required. The property was generally clean with plenty of space, the main bed was large and comfortable. As reported in other reviews I noticed the bottom bunk mattress has very little padding and the coils where noticeable when trying it. We didn't use it, so it wasn't an issue for us.The street is quiet and peaceful.The garage is not included, as the owners uses it for storage.There were a few issues that I had to report to the owner, there were rats in the roof, they were running around inside the roof scratching on the ceiling above our bed throughout the night. This issue was not addressed during our stay. There was a heavy presence of mold in the laundry room, my wife and I both didn't feel well when entering the laundry room. There was visible mold growing on the foyer ceiling and laundry room ceiling vent.The TV room lounges had a musty moldy smell to them too.

Spacious, great patio This place had lots of room for us to spread out. Big kitchen and two dining rooms for us to enjoy meals at. Great for lots of people. Great back patio with a pretty view of the pond behind the house. Quiet neighborhood. Really met all our needs!
