The location of hotel is convenient, there are different kinds of restaurants nearby. Furthermore, different choices of transportation are available around. The room is clean, neat and tidy and hotel staff are helpful and friendly.

Our room is bright and has a good view of river Mei. The hotel is within walking distance to a walking street crossing the bridge. There is no shopping directly near the hotel but getting around via didi car service is easy. Going to High-speed train station from the hotel takes around 20 min.

Had a pleasant stay but would prefer it to be a non smoking hotel. Carpets in the room a not very clean. Staff are amazing.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean, reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful, many thanks to 陳開芯 helping us to solve transportation issues. The hotel is also very well located with lovely night view of colorful river.

酒店在臨江應該是最好的位置了，視野開闊，景觀很好。酒店的裝修風格畢竟經典，但設施保養得還不錯，沒有看出什麼使用痕跡。服務很單位，提出的要求都儘量滿足。酒店的中餐廳是亮點，幻境和菜品味道都相當不錯。價格也非常實惠的，套房比標間還便宜是震驚到我了😂

我入住的是一間江景房，一進門就被寬敞的空間震撼到了！房間布局合理，乾淨整潔，連角落都一塵不染，讓人住得特別安心。床鋪柔軟舒適，枕頭和被子質感很好，睡了一晚感覺整個人都在充電。房內設施也很齊全，WiFi速度快，空調涼爽，還有免費瓶裝水，細節滿分。江景迷人，景色令人陶醉房間最大的亮點絕對是窗外的江景！透過大落地窗，梅江的美景一覽無餘，清晨看江面晨霧繚繞，傍晚看夕陽映照水面，簡直像畫一樣美。我每天都在窗邊待上好一會兒，拍了好多照片，這樣的景色真的讓人心情大好，感覺旅途都變得更有詩意了。服務親切有禮，倍感溫暖酒店的服務真是沒得挑！從前台到客房服務，每位員工都親切有禮，總是帶著笑容，讓人感覺特別舒心。總結：強烈推薦的梅州住宿這次入住梅州白天鵝迎賓館，寬敞乾淨的房間、迷人的江景和親切有禮的服務，讓我從頭到尾都感到滿意。無論是商務出差還是休閒旅遊，這裡都是一個完美的選擇。如果下次再來梅州，我一定會再次入住，也誠心推薦給每一位計劃來梅州的旅客！
