Had a pleasant stay but would prefer it to be a non smoking hotel. Carpets in the room a not very clean. Staff are amazing.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean, reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful, many thanks to 陳開芯 helping us to solve transportation issues. The hotel is also very well located with lovely night view of colorful river.

夫妻自駕潮汕旅遊，特意路過梅州（過去的梅縣）看看，因為梅州是最大的客家人之都。訂酒店時看到有白天鵝酒店，由廣東白天鵝集團管理，很感興趣，特意入住體驗一下。酒店在梅江大道邊上，應該原來是政府接待賓館，原名迎賓館，因此比較中式，非常氣派，有噴泉、迎客松，牆上是水墨山水畫，很多天鵝雕塑和擺件。房間較大，設定齊全，比較明亮温馨。淋浴水大、温度調控好。轉天溜達發現酒店周邊就是花園。因為是非旅遊旺季到達，停車非常方便，就在樓前，出入方便。早餐種類較多，有梅州特色的粿麪、粿粉，全豬湯、三及第湯，非常清淡美味，乾淨，還有各種配料。熱菜有10個之多，因為是二個菜一個熱菜大盤，看着不多，其實不少，而且炒菜看着很新鮮、美味，一直加熱很熱，這點很贊，很多賓館做不到。有酒店管理人員進行巡視，👍 説點改進：硬件不錯，缺少温馨感覺，適當添加綠植、鮮花、擺件。入住送的糕點小吃不好，口味太差。來梅州建議入住，性價比較好。

梅州的寶藏酒店，無論是床品、服務都秉承了白天鵝的高品質和管理水平。帶着父母出行，本來定了2間房間，其中一間不可以取消。LG因急事不能同行，在高鐵站臨時折返。到店時，前台王穎和周經理主動幫忙協調，取消了一間，在另一間江景套房加了一張床。不僅幫我減少了損失，還能照顧到父母。真是太感謝了！江景房的景觀非常棒，房間設施的品質也很好。中餐廳的早茶，95元6個點心，性價比到天花板了！ 2天陪伴父母假期非常愉快，感謝！廣州到梅州高鐵1個多小時，週末度假住白天鵝是首選。

房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，床鋪和枕頭都很舒服。洗澡也不冷。江景很美，過個橋就是江北老街，吃東西很方便。就是衞生間下水道有些反味。晚上逛完路過好幾個廣場舞團，乒乓球團，梅州真是宜居的好城市。

酒店房間很大，雖然有年代了但是還是很乾凈，淋浴水很大。早餐豐富，品種很多，醃麪好吃，還有很多小點心也不錯！前台Alice服務態度很好，值得表揚！此次出行很滿意！

酒店剛裝修不久，地理位置也很好，離油羅街很近。前台小哥Dean服務100分，還升級我們去江景房。房間望去江景實在太美了。早餐的醃麪和點心也很好吃。

在網上預訂時，先行考慮的首先是酒店位置。白天鵝迎賓館位置極佳，正好在梅江邊上，從房間望去，景色極好。當然，服務也是沒的説，剛入住時接待我的前台人員叫楊晚，入住當時就給我發了一份指南（包括美食場所與景點，離酒店的距離，美食的種類），方便極了。尤其令人感動的是，今天我在一樓餐廳用餐時，餐廳人員在我意料之外給我贈送了一碗長壽麪（今天我生日），原來是楊晚童鞋安排的。在梅州過的這個生日，是令人難忘的！謝謝楊晚。
