Hotel Atour a Meizhou

This was our first time visiting Meizhou; understand this hotel was opened 6 weeks ago (early Oct). The rooms were good size, beds & pillows were firmed, showers had great water pressure. However, their air conditioning weren’t working so we had to open the windows and curtains — the hotel across had lots of lights and the streets are noisy so we weren’t able to sleep well. We also picked to have buffet breakfasts at the hotel which was supposed to be available from 7 am to 10 am. They were still bringing out foods out at 7:15 am. Selections were ok but coffees made from the coffee machines were not hot enough. Overall happy with our stay of 2 nights.

All their staff are polite and helpful. They give the extra mile to help the customer from overseas, specially to 懿媛 and 朵儿. Her team help to book and paid for the taxis . One thing I like about this hotel is the free night snack and laundry for thieir customers. May need to build a covered drop out point at thr carpark area ( side gate)
