It's a lodge not a 3 star hotel, torn curtains, dirty bedsheets, bathroom cannot be explained, filled with water and leaking taps

It was sinking washroom tap jet spray was damaged and it was looking like I have entered Ghost 👻 House. No proper lights and visibility at entrance

Soiled bedding with hair and other dirt, room not cleaned, bathroom dirty, toilet & toilet water spout leaking, no toiletries, no towels or hand towel. Cobwebs in room& bathroom. Dining room closed so no breakfast, hotel offered 1 item & tea, seeing the facility i declined. No refund for 5 days breakfast not offered. No kettle or mugs, glasses as shown in image. At least ac & shower worked. Water ran out once a day. Overall disappointed

The room conditions are not that great. The plug points were broken. Also the bathroom condition was bad. The buckets inside the bathroom were terrible and had to change it.
