Hotel in zona Piuskirche, Meggen

Hotel molto bello lungo la strada da Vierwaldstatter see(Lake Lucerne) Pros: Grandi staff facilmente controllare in vista dal lago di fronte camere, parcheggio facile. Ok valore per la zona,comfortabile letto. Cons: La costruzione era in corso al momento del nostro soggiorno. Le camere non avevano A/C, non un interruttore, ma la stanza era sigillata in modo stretto e il primo fulmine di calore quando apriamo la porta era inaspettato. Ma hanno un grande fan, purtroppo, il cordone non permetterebbe che il fan sia posizionato nella porta della terrazza per aiutare a raffreddare la stanza.La selezione del buffet per colazione era abbondante, ma i cibi cucinati erano solo in ordine al meglio.

Hotel e paesaggio magnifico, adatto per il riposo lungo il lago per tutto il giorno

Ieri(20.3.22)sono stata al ristorante con famigliari.Dopo aver ordinato e espressamente richiesto la carne molto ben cotta-a mia sorella e arrivata rosa..su richiesta l‘hanno ripresa,ma senza scusarsi per i disagi di non poter mangiare insieme.Il colmo un’attimo dopo che riportano di nuovo la carne rosa dopo aver sbiecato che la voleva cotta benissimo.La rimanda di nuovo in cucina ed allora che arriva il capo del ristorante e invece di cercare di spiegare comincia ad insultare la ospite.sinceramente una cosa che non mi e mai successo!!!assolutamente incomprensibile e totalmente fuori luogo!!!alle fine c’è l‘ha fatta ad avere una fettina di vitello bencotta ma di sicuro non ci torneremo più! Dopo circa 40 anni che abbiamo festeggiato in quel locale.che tristezza e che disagio e tutto per un proprietà incapriccì e non professionale.magari bisognerebbe informazionlo che il cliente ha sempre ragione!!!!

In viaggio di lavoro con un collega abbiamo scelto questo Hotel per un soggiorno di 2 giorni. E' stata la scelta più giusta che potessimo fare. Albergo in bellissima posizione sul lago dei Quattro Cantoni, a pochi chilometri da Lucerna. Hotel silenzioso, pulito, curato all'interno e all'esterno. Personale gentile e professionale, da quello della reception a quello della sala colazioni. Molto utile la fermata del bus proprio accanto all'albergo, che collega velocemente e gratuitamente col centro di Lucerna. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Posto incantevole quanto a posizione e la SPA più bella che ho mai visto, con panorama mozzafiato dalla piscina sui 4 cantoni svizzeri. Hotel bello, moderno, lussuoso e curato. Quanto alle osservazioni da fare, per i prezzi molto alti praticati, sarebbe da migliorare il servizio reception piuttosto caotico, l'uso degli ascensori con i badge eccessivamente vincolante e cosa principale (ma è un tema strutturale) che le camere non consentono l'apertura delle finestre, il che è paradossale vista l'aria eccellente di montagna, rendendo le camere opprimenti di notte (salvo uso di aria condizionata anche di notte, con tutti i problemi del caso). Ristorante internazionale di buona qualità, con prezzi eccessivi in alcune proposte. Vale la pena maggiormente quello del ramo storico dell'hotel, più arioso, panoramico e lussuoso e con una cucina più europea.

Overall the hotel is clean and re-newed. Good for short stay. But reception service was so slow, we arrived at around 9pm and we waited 30-40mins for the reception counter and get back to room at 10pm. Also the staff keep suggesting us to park our car in nearby carpark instead of parking slots in front of the hotel.

I have dreamt at staying at villa honegg for many years. It is not an inexpensive hotel so I really had to save up to get an opportunity to come here. Finally, I had the chance to come with 2 friends and was so excited. What I will say is that I have mixed reviews. Pros Beautiful location with spectacular views. It really is a pinch me moment overlooking the lake and the mountains, even on a cloudy day They were kind enough to let us check in an hour early and check out an hour late… more on this later. The included breakfast was really lovely. A lot of variety and you can fill yourself up. Plus it is available until 2pm They had a cinema that was so lovely to watch Netflix in. We had a great time watching a couple episodes of The Witcher Service was very good— we felt well taken care of and staff was very attentive. It wasn’t until check out that we hit a little bump Cons My biggest complaint is that they are not clear about the usage times of the spa. We were allowed in at 2pm on check in day but did not stipulate that we were not allowed back once we checked out. Nowhere on the website, not mentioned upon checkin, not mentioned on the tour of the facilities, not mentioned when asking for a late checkout. In fact, on the tour of the facilities, we were told breakfast was available for hotel guest until 2pm, so we assumed spa use would be the same. When we were checking out, we were planning to go for an hour before heading back in town, we were declined and everyone was shocked that we were shocked. We have all stayed at small boutique hotels before and we have never been declined use of the facilities once checked out. Marcel in management tried to explain but said we shouldn’t have made this assumption, which put a sour taste in our mouth. If breakfast is being served 2 hours post-check out, it is odd to assume the spa rules are completely different. Best to be clear. We had to change out of our bathing suits and move our taxi up, which isn’t a big deal but still a bit disappointing I’m going to be honest… you are paying for the location/spa/view vs the actual hotel rooms. For the price, we were pretty underwhelmed with the room. It felt a little dated (wasn’t expecting modern but it just felt a little worn). Certainly for the price, I was expecting a bit more space and a bit fancier of a room. But it was still decent. The balcony, on the other hand, had a spectacular view and really lovely furniture. If ordering a taxi, best to arrange yourself. We ubered from Lucerne for about 60 CHF. We had the hotel call us a taxi and we were charged 125 CHF to go back to the exact same destination. Finally, there was an uncontrollable amount of flies everywhere in the hotel. It’s hot, it’s summer, I totally get it. But it was getting to the point that it was uncomfortable. I had almost 5 flies on me at one time at one point. My friends I was with also felt it was very strange for a 5 star hotel to not be proactive in getting rid of the fl

Abbiamo soggiornato per un lungo fine settimana e volevamo camminare in zona. L'hotel è grande per questo. Situato in una fermata di servizio con pochi pasti e proprio sull'autostrada. L'altro lato dell'hotel guarda fuori dal campo. Quindi una camera che si trova di fronte è una scelta migliore. L'hotel è moderno e di base. Le camere sono spaziali con tutto quello di base che puoi avere bisogno. I letti sono comodi. Il colazione è anche di base, ma solo per rilassarti per un giorno. Sto sbattendo una stella, quando abbiamo scappato dal gel di doccia nella stanza, e nonostante la richiesta della ricezione, non è mai arrivata.
