Gostamos de tudo: do staff, do sítio, da simpatia, do pequeno almoço, da limpeza, vista.
Recomendo absolutamente a toda a gente
Já fiquei em hotéis mais estrelados que não têm esta qualidade, atendimento e cuidado com o cliente.

La stanza in generale era buona, anche se molto piccola... Il bagno non aveva nemmeno un ripiano per gli accessori... il balcone era stretto e inadatto a chi soffre di mal di montagna... L'aria condizionata era acqua corrente nella stanza. .. sala colazione incolore e di natura istituzionale ( casa di cura)... Troppo caro 172,00 euro a notte dal 19 al 21 agosto... Colazione media... Ingresso non adatto ad anziani e disabili (10 gradini)... I miglioramenti sono necessario...!!!

In ottima posizione vicino al mare, hotel con camere molto curate e completamente rinnovate, l'unico neo è la mancanza di un balcone spazioso, meraviglioso il sig. Nikos, il gestore dell'hotel, gentile e molto disponibile, è stato sempre pronto ad offrire prezioso aiuto in tutto ciò che era necessario. Colazione molto buona con molte preparazioni fatte in casa e prodotti locali. Siamo stati benissimo!!!

We stayed at Hotel Alexandra at the end of August, and everything was absolutely perfect! We were thrilled with the cozy, welcoming, and familiar atmosphere. The staff was amazing—helpful, friendly, and always going above and beyond. They took care of every little detail, from our car rental and taxis to transfers, bookings, and general information, even assisting with services we had booked externally. The hotel itself is charming and clean, and the breakfast was correct. We're already looking forward to returning next summer!

This is a fabulous family run hotel. A beach hotel in a wonderful setting. Nothing is too much trouble for the family. They are very welcoming and accomodating. We would highly recommend it. Lovely Korres products in the bathrooms and fantastic sea views.

Excelente atención por parte de la persona de recepción, siempre atento a lo que podamos necesitar: que visitar en Syros, facilitando información referente a las visitas..horarios de bus para desplazarte a la capital o visitar los pueblos de interés y si necesitas ayuda para los check in para viajar a otras islas.....Hotel situado frente a una playa de aguas tranquilas para darte un baño.

Excelente hotel em Mega Gialos, no sul de Syros, a 50 metros de uma pequena, mas acolhedora praia. Quarto equipado com TV, que nunca ligámos, e um pequeno frigorífico, que nos permitiu fechar alguns dos dias com umas cervejas frescas a ver o mar. A equipa do hotel é muito simpática, em especial o gerente, o Nikos, que esteve sempre muito disponível e nos ajudou a minimizar a tentativa de burla de um taxista (evitar os independentes e pedir sempre para ativar o taxímetro). Deixámos muitas conversas com o Nikos por terminar e a promessa de voltar. Recomendamos a estadia no Hotel Alexandra.

Atención excelente. Buena ubicación. Buen desayuno y cenas. El señor que atiende sumamente educado y atento a cualquier cosa que necesites. A pie de playa y la parada del bus prácticamente en la puerta. Es totalmente recomendable y volveríamos con todo gusto.

Hotel genial! El trato no pudo ser mejor, el chico que nos atendía fue súper atento y amable y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Es un encanto de persona! Nos explicó a donde ir y que hacer y siempre preocupado por nosotros! El hotel está bien, muy limpio y bien ubicado. Todo genial!
