L'isola è bellissima sia per chi vuole fare snorkeling sia per chi vuole semplicemente fare un bagno: l'acqua è meravigliosa e la vegetazione all’interno incredibile. La struttura è molto ben organizzata e offre sia servizi per le famiglie (Select) sia per coppie, in area separata (Prestige) per chi cerca un ambiente raffinato e un servizio personalizzato. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in entrambe le strutture: entrambe le esperienze sono state positive e soddisfacenti, grazie al personale gentile e disponibile e soprattutto grazie all’attenzione che rivolge ai propri ospiti il general manager Anslam De Silva sempre presente. Le water villas offrono riservatezza ed eleganza e grazie alle attenzioni del nostro butler Irdosh Singh tutto è stato organizzato al meglio. Una vera sorpresa e una vacanza straordinaria e inaspettata anche per noi che già altre volte eravamo stati alle Maldive. Marco Fini

È la terza volta alle Maldive, ed ogni volta abbiamo provato resort differenti per aver la sensazione di “girare” le Maldive. Nel DHIGALI c’erano grandi aspettative, purtroppo non superate, cercherò di riassumere in punti, iniziando da punti favorevoli e continuando con quelli da migliorare: - la struttura è nuovissima, pulita; - buffet colazione 10+; - buffet pranzo e cena: poco vario e molto orientale; - sabbia borotalco; - la struttura, probabilmente per le correnti, è “recitanta” da scogliere, e questo limita molto l’idea dell’immensità del mare Maldiviano; c’è una lingua di sabbia, vero, ma è davanti al bar Haali, zona fantastica per il tramonto ma non zona antistante le ville; - il servizio: hanno una lunga strada, lenti, dimenticano spesso le richieste, non all’altezza di ciò che promette la struttura, e questo abbassa di molto l’esperienza nel resort. Questo (servizio e mare) non mi fa consigliare la struttura.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at JB. Went there as one of our destinations for our 25th anniversary. Overall rating: 9/10   JB is an extremely beautiful place. Ultraluxury accommodation in a paradisiac environment. Architecture is stunning and fully integrated with local nature. Gardening is manicured, but at the same time respectful with endemic species. Decoration of common and private spaces is extremely tasteful, ample spaces everywhere that seem to have been designed with attention to every single detail.   Service is top-notch. From the people that deal directly with guests, to the large team in charge of keeping everything tidy. After an overnight trip from London, we were welcomed at the hotel lobby/port/marine airport, a stunning architectural design, by the hotel manager and several members of the team.   We were introduced to Razan, who was going to be our butler for the stay. Razan conducted himself with the right mix of professionalism and warming attitude. As with the rest of the operation, he was always on top of details, making sure we were happy and comfortable. Perfect butler that make our stay pleasant.   Service at common areas was again at an extremely high level. Beach and swiming-pool are very well attended. Bars and lunch area also very well served. Dinner service also really good. Reception at the restaurants was handled very professionally by several young woman, always with a welcoming smile. Waiters also super attentive at all times, to bring you anything you needed with a great attitude. Henry, in charge of this service team, came every single day to say hello and to spend a few minutes chatting with us and make sure everything was going well.   Food is at very high standard. Light salads nicely presented and tasteful. Meat and fish very well cooked. Menu is a mix of international cuisine with presence of Asian flavours and some local touch. JC, in charge of directing all cooking, also came to introduce himself and offered his help if we needed anything special. They do a very good job at the kitchens.   In terms of facilities, the overall theme of this resort is wellness, so as you can expect, SPA and GYM areas were at a super-high level. The SPA is one of the most gorgeous we have ever seen, a dream for instagramers, with a number of treatments to your taste. The Gym is absolutely first class, also in a large beautiful building, with several professionals and complimentary physical activities. Service in these facilities, again super pleasing and helpful.   At this ultra-luxury level of facilities and service, complaining of anything does not seem right, but let us address some areas to improve. ”Flow” is the name of the main restaurant, that is used both for breakfast and dinner; the transition of ambiances from day to night is very well thought-out, it feels like two different places, equally gorgeous. ”Mojo” is the alternative restaurant, that is next to the swimming pool, used for lunch, as all day bar, an

Isola multo bella ,verde ,pulita ,ci sono tanti posti per fare belli foto a chi interessa come a me ,unica cosa e mangiare, cosi che siamo settima volta a Maldive e 7 isola che visitiamo mangiare erra multo meglio, qui invece mangiare era povero, invece dolci, vino prosecco ,cocktail all-inclusive erano ottime ,in isola ci sono tanti negozi di souvenir, gioielleria, ce anche fotografo e boutique con abbigliamento e accessori dentro spa, a sera sarebbe stato bello avere musica da vivo come fano in altre resort dove stiamo state ,assistenza italiana di Turisanda era impeccabile ragazza Roberta era sempre presente e disponibile ,wi- fi in isola funziona benissimo in camera e aria reception, bar, ristorante ! Cosa che me e piaciuto di più e acqua in oceano e pulito e profondo, passavo tutto giorno in acqua ,avevamo camera 409 con piscina , io lo sapevo che li ci saranno sacchi di sabia ,e per questo precisato in agenzia che voglio camera da 401-408 che li e più bella posizione ma in arrivo a noi era consentito chiavi di camera 409 e in gennaio acqua era un po lontana e avevamo spiaggia ma chi arriva a agosto troverà acqua li dove ci sono sacchi di sabia , camere dopo 411 meglio evitar li proprio e bruta posizione !

La struttura in sé è valida e l'isola molto bella, con una laguna meravigliosa e sabbia bianca. Ciò che assolutamente non va è la gestione: -all'arrivo, check in ”volante” e sbrigativo (un bicchierino di liquido rosso sulla ”macchinetta”, senza niente da mangiare, dopo un viaggio di 14 ore!!!) -camera e bagno mai puliti in 5 giorni, fino a quando è intervenuto il nostro tour operator ed hanno iniziato a correre e ad offrirci omaggi per scusarsi -cibo mediocre: non mi aspettavo certo spaghetti e pizza mediterranei però un po' di frutta diversa da melone e ananas (sempre sempre!) sì (per scusarsi ci hanno portato un vassoio di frutta tropicale...quindi ce n'era!) -le comunicazioni avvenivano tramite whatsapp: ci inviavano menu ristoranti ecc ma, quando ci sono stati problemi, questi sono rimasti irrisolti -biciclette: utili perché la nostra villa era molto lontana ma una guerra per accaparr****le, soprattutto dopo cena; di ragazzi con la ”macchinetta” se ne vedevano pochi e ti salutavano a malapena, figuriamoci fermarsi e chiederti se avessi bisogno di un passaggio (anche alle 14, con 32 gradi) -troppe luci inutili: tra l'altro, quelle esterne, prima non si spegnevano poi, dopo il loro intervento (il giorno prima della partenza), non si accendevano più e anche la piscina privata era completamente al buio -servizio ASSOLUTAMENTE INADEGUATO AD UN 5 STELLE!!! Negli altri resort visitati (Athuruga, Thudufushi e Maafushivaru), di categoria (e prezzo) nettamente inferiori, la colazione in camera era gratuita, il cibo ottimo e il personale molto più disponibile Voglio spezzare una lancia a favore di alcuni ragazzi (ristoranti e bar), uniche note positive, che hanno fatto del loro meglio per seguirci: Doris-Grace-Risma-Hanoon-Pooja-Santosh e Shasha.

Isola grande molto bella ,cibo molto buono .Le persone veramente molto gentili .Ahmad dell’animazione un ragazzo veramente pieno di energie super coinvolgente nelle sue attività e ti mette sempre di buon umore ,è una parte molto importante per rendere tutto perfetto .nicola il biologo veemente bravo .Virginia sempre molto gentile e carina .Noi avevamo la beach Villa numero 115veramente bella una vista fantastica ,pulizia sempre ottima .Una menzione la vorrei fare anche per il cameriere di nome saif un ragazzo di 22anni sempre sorridente ,presente e disponibile .È un isola in cui vale la pena andare .
