Tipo di camera Junior Suite non è una camera regolare Il prezzo include il tavolo completo (buffet) ma invece si attengono al servizio della camera e hanno opzioni limitate solo 5 4 corsi principali. Quindi se soggiorni per 2 o 3 notti Devi mangiare lo stesso pasto 2 volte al giorno per tutta la tua permanenza. L'altro hotel 5 stelle qui serve aperto buffet. Scegli un altro hotel . Valore zero per soldi Zero servizio Devi chiamare tre volte per ottenere l'ordine/servizio (e arriverà in modo sbagliato dopo almeno un'ora)

Everything is fantastic. Reception, rooms, restaurants...etc but the most amazing one is staff 😍 👌 👏 They are dealing very friendly and kindly with all guests whatever they are or thier mode... I loved the egg cooker Asgor so much, he is dealing professional with all orders on time and respond positively to all requests also all restaurant team are doing great with us I mean all of them and recall Nidris Mia, Waiter, just because his name came to my mind but the whole staff are really great and looks like you are keen in people selection and well trained.... Sorry for the long written but loved you all guys... Wish you all the best and looking forward to coming back 😀 😊

Good housekeeping, Excellence in Food & Beverage service. Guest satisfaction in proving the Best Hospitality. EXCELLENTO. The hotel staffs are well-trained and alert in responding towards guests' needs and requirements. Feeling peaceful and relaxing environments. The Coffeehouse staffs and Chefs are very polite and respectful people. Manager on duty is always on the ground to give assistances when require needed. Good positive working environment. From security personnels to back-end staffs in kitchen , housekeeping, Front desk staffs are all well-trained.

Ho fatto Omra e ho voluto visitare il profeta.abbiamo prenotato due stanze, una aveva una visita parziale sul haram e l’altra sulla città. Le stanze sono ottime confortevole e abbastanza spaziose . L’accoglienza del personali è ottima erano tutti gentili, mi sono trovata bene 😊👍

Omer Almarwani was super friendly , he gave us a very big room with nice view of entrance street , overall staff is very nice , elevators at haram tower are super fast and too many elevators , 7 elevators I think , breakfast was good with Haram view , room is clean but wifi was slow

The hotel location was very convenient! Just 200 meters away from the Masjid Nabawi. Very clean hotel. The pillow, bedsheet and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection & breakfast was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back soon.

Arrivato all'hotel e aggiornato in una suite.Purtroppo, la selezione standard scarsa di colazione era buona cena non era grande, non molte opzioni

The hotel is just next to the airport from where there are direct public buses (bus number/line 400, running roughly every 30 minutes, journey time 20 minutes) to Al Haram. The furniture in the room is a bit aged, but other than that it is perfect for a few nights for exploring the city. Even though it is next to the airport the noise from the planes could not be heard in the room. The buffet breakfast is OK for 1-2 nights.
