This hotel is poor. The thing which is good is the location. That's all. The BEDROOM is ok as well. The TOILET IS stuck in the years 1978 The BATHROOM is not suitable for kids and even adults. Water splash outside THE BREAKFAST is 89SAR. I do nkt eat that much for a week in LONDON. THE CORRIDORS are poorly lit. 3 nights there 4 days no Wifi. Saudi 2030 WAQF SAFI 1970

The first day we arrived we found that the shower water pressure is very weak and you need double the time to take a shower. we told the receptionist and they send a plumber after 1 hour. He worked for more than half an hour and we needed to go to Haram because it is prayer time so we left him working. When we get back we found that the situation is still the same and now there is leaking from the ceiling. We called the reception and complained and they sent the same guy after long time. When he cane and saw the leak he said this can not be fixed, contact the reception to change the room. We contacted the reception and they said we cant do anything, this is the situation in all the rooms. Another problem is that starting from the 2nd or 3rd day no one come to make the room despite that we put up the sign and leave for 4-5 hours. There was no tea, milk, coffee or sugar unless you ask for them. And after we asked they provided it one time only. When I checked in I asked the receptionist how does it cost me to add breakfast to the reservation because I was in a hurry and did not do it when I booked. She told me no need and that she will add it as a gift and I can join breakfast tomorrow at the resturant. Next day I took my 80 years old Mom downstairs to the resturant just to be embarrassed by that I am not registered for the breakfast and can not enter the resturant. The room is noisy and you can hear the street sounds, the neighbors and the corridors (I was in the 6th floor)

When I booked this hotel we were not sure about the proximity but when we arrived, we were surprised how close this was to Haram. It took us on average 5 to 7 minutes to enter Haram. Razan :) at the front desk was very helpful, she accommodated our needs. My wife and I were traveling with other family members which included small kids. We had total of three rooms and each room was very spacious and had the all the basic amenities needed. Breakfast was equally delightful with plenty of variety for everyone. No matter what time one travels for Umrah or Hajj it is extremely busy and the hotel was packed so was the Haram. But Razan and her team made our stay very comfortable. We will definitely stay at this place when we go next time Insha Allah. Thank you La Bosphorus team!!!!

We came here for two days stay. The place is in front of the haram just five minutes walk to pray all five prayers alhmudlillah and this a good bonus. When you reserve be aware that they will not withdraw the until you arrive to the hotel and they will add tax to the price you paid. The room is clean and it had a big window that overlook the harmattan.What catch my intention is that all the staff in the reception and administration are female. All and all I am satisfied with the stay .

Very satisfied with the hotel. Hotel is located near the mosque. And reasonable price. Restaurant, breakfast and launch there is for reasonable price and variable and very good. Everybody very helpfull and kind.

Overall, this is a decent hotel, generally the staff are good in the restaurant but, the staff in the ground floor lounge and bell boys need specific customer training how to be polite, as well as front desk staff. Location - For me in my late fifties, I would say to get to Haram it is a 20min walk to get to gate 22, for ladies the haram gates are fairly nearby but, still a good walk. If your in your 20's, 30's 40's it probably will be a "walk in the park" and you will not notice it. Restaurant Breakfast and Evening Meal - Staff are great, not a great variety, I felt it was very congested with the amount of people that were in the restaurant as there is only one restaurant to accommodate a lot of people. Food is of fairly good standard quality but, certain things can run out. They do have an omelette station and overall I would say the staff tend to look after you and if you want anything specific they will do their utmost best, to help. Rooms - We booked a triple room and it was a good size triple standard room for 3 people and in fact, we had 4 beds in our room. Cleaned daily and I have no complaints about the room whatsoever. Atmosphere - It is a busy hotel with people from all over the world but, felt there were more europeans which was great and in general, a pleasant atmosphere with cold water and Arabic coffee/dates available in the seating area daily which is a nice touch. The hotel itself was very clean and they have 4 lifts so, there was no congestion here. One thing I would say if you have a disabled person with you, they do NOT provide designated wheelchairs, it's whatever there is available at the time. Hence, ensure you bring one with you. For me, it's a decent budget hotel but, in future god willing I would prefer to book nearer to Haram as I felt it was quite a distant for me personally to walk. Not that I mind walking but, in the 40 degree heat it was very hot. I feel it was good value for money and a decent budget hotel.

We booked the family room which had 4 beds. The hotel room was clean and spacious. We had a nice view of Masjid Al Nabawi. Walking distance to restaurant and the Mosque. The lifts are big and can hold more people. The reception area and coffee shop was always crowded with tourists checking in and out.

Comfy beds and clean bathroom. Helpful staff n good accessibility to the mosque. Basic breakfast options but enough options available. Our room was upgraded to a haram view which was lovely to gaze at all day
