Good location at Haram, breakfast good, have 3 restaurants with totally different grade. Room is big but bit outdated.

The gentleman at the front desk allow early check-in for us, *************. Greeted and attended to our request politely. Room is spacious, clean. Strategic location quite near to the Ladies entrance door in Masjid Nabawi. Quite a number of lifts which is important especially the when the jemaahs are going to the Masjid during prayer time at the same time. There’s a mall at Level 1 linked to the hotel and a smaller Bin Dawood at the basement. Overall, pleasant experience staying in this hotel and will consider staying here again on the next trip to Madinah.

Overall brilliant experience, good rooms, the only thing that could be improved would be updating the bathroom and kitchen areas, but both areas were fully functioning

The worst check in process, rude and unhelpful staff. Rooms weren’t ready on time. Parking isn’t free. Booking was for king bed but for 3 single beds in each room. The front desk is big but there are 2 or 3 people who are extremely slow and slot of people stand in lines to checkin . This hotel is not recommended at all. The only good part is its location that’s it.

Not a 5 star hotel even though rated as such. Tired rooms with poor lighting and unhealthy toilets. Reasonable room service. Location is the only good thing about this hotel, very close to haram. Breakfast was reasonable.

Nice room which is just a few minutes to gate 328 of Nabawi. But the Rawdah entrace is all the way to the end opposite side about 10 mins walk. Rawdah main entrance is at gate 32 which is 10 mins away walking inside the mosque. Nice view window overseeing the hotels nearby. However please note that the toilet is squeezy and small. Dont expect a 5 star interior since this hotel has been around for many years. The staff are all friendly and allow us to check in a few hours early without any charges.

Best location, very close to masjid Nabawi women door entrance 12/13 or 16/17.

Good hotel with good breakfast buffet and quiet rooms with very good surroundings.
