Very small room and busy lift especially during sholat times. just location is excellent, the rest facilities is not good compare the price that very expensive don't have time to have breakfast since we must go to airport before fajr. reception very nice, he allow me to early check in at 13.00

Hi, Room service was really bad. Once I asked them to room service and he started arguing with me that I have to wash my cups myself. And the keep on ignoring my request for room service. Room Smells soo bad. I would never recommend it to anyone. Thanks!

The hotel near from haram…especially for woman area. Service is good but the toilet smell makes me crazy😢

Near to gate women 338. Late to get check in

The room aircon is hot and ask to fixed but no one came to fixed it,even the sinks is clogged i ask receptionist to fixed but no one come.

Hotel is rated too high . It is 2 stars hotel not 4 . Services are so bad also not clean.

Lokasi dekat dengan masjid Nabawi dan pusat perbelanjaan. Menu makanan indonesia yang tiap hari menunya hampir sama. Yang mengganggu selama 4 hari kami disana, ada 3 hari alarm kebakaran berbunyi dan saya tanyakan ke front desk mereka seperti tidak terlalu peduli dan mengatakan itu false alarm karena ada yg merokok, lift jg sempat mati berapa lama. Selama menginap tidak ada layanan pembersihan kamar Semoga kedepannya pelayanan bisa ditingkatkan.

Hôtel très proche du Masjid Nabawi. Porte à proximité c’est la 338 .. Le seul bémol de ce hôtel c’est les ascenseurs et chambre spacieux mais propreté à revoir

I booked this hotel for 3 days thinking 3 stars would be ok but when i got there, i was horrified. The lift was extremely faulty and we had to wait about 10 or 15 mins for it. Also it was tiny so often we wouldnt even fit and had to wait longer. We asked about 5 times for our towels but still they were not provided. I was so disgusted by the grimy toilet with many stains and the shower was so broken i didnt even use the hotel bathroom. Already bad enough, the beds were uncomfortable and the whole interior was disgusting. And we were late by 1 hour to check out and when we arrived at our room, it had not even been cleaned yet. The room service was rushed and left the room disgracefully dirty. Standerds in this unheigynic hotel we absolutely horrific and unnacceptable. The room was never cleaned and wifi was extremely bad. WOULD 100 PERCENT NOT RECOMMEND.
