Everything is fantastic. Reception, rooms, restaurants...etc but the most amazing one is staff 😍 👌 👏 They are dealing very friendly and kindly with all guests whatever they are or thier mode... I loved the egg cooker Asgor so much, he is dealing professional with all orders on time and respond positively to all requests also all restaurant team are doing great with us I mean all of them and recall Nidris Mia, Waiter, just because his name came to my mind but the whole staff are really great and looks like you are keen in people selection and well trained.... Sorry for the long written but loved you all guys... Wish you all the best and looking forward to coming back 😀 😊

Our stay was exceptional. We had the best meals,room service ,house keeping and concierge service's.we would rate all services 10/10.Without hesitation. The food quality was excellent, the meals were of the highest standard and the guest experience was amazing. Every evening was a culinary experience in the banqueting hall.The attention to detail was unmatched .The staff were the most friendliest. We taken care of by Zakaria,Salah ,Ramy, Mr Mohamed Shaddad ,Salim , Shovo and Mohamedy .The rooms are beautiful and house keeping staff are extremely professional and efficient. The hotel has very hight standards and we were treated with the greatest of care .The guest experience is just amazing .We would love to return without a doubt.

Le suite sono pulite e spaziali e con personale molto ben gestito, e hanno una caffetteria nel lobby dove viene servito il colazione, non in forma di buffet, ma si può ordinare un pasto per colazione, con un drink e acqua (una per ciascuno). 5-10 minuti di auto per Masjid-e-Nabawi con taxi, costo completamente al massimo le vostre competenze di negoziazione. Al Rashed Mega Mall è appena in mezzo alla strada ma la strada è così occupata, non pensare nemmeno di attraversarlo direttamente a piedi. Prendete un taxi (suoni strani) o camminate sulla pista fino a un passaggio e poi tornate a casa. Durante il mio soggiorno di 3 notti, non potevo nemmeno andare una volta. Sulla pista dietro, a 10 minuti a piedi, potrete trovare tutti i ristoranti come tazaj, domino, mcdonalds ecc. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno, 20-30 minuti dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione ferroviaria di Harmain.

Nice hotel near the mosque, easy assess to the mosques . Great breakfast and can see mosque. We had a great time staying there . Convenient as shopping centre is just below and beside mosques . Near to the museum and easy assess . Clean hotel and helpful services . Good

I booked this hotel based on Agoda review, especially for the location. Price was higher as if it was 5 stars hotel. I stayed in Makkah in Movenpick hotel in the same week with only 30$ more than the price of this bad hotel. While Movenpick hotel is a true 5 stars with all positive around it, Golden Tulip Al Zahabi in Madina is the worst I would say. - Room was too small - Breakfast is not with quality plus the staffs are very unprofessional. I orders for omelettes for my breakfast and it was just before my checkout to catch my train. I found responsible staff left the site for a long time without notice! This is one of the example only on the quality of service. - Room aminities were bad, broken, defective. After noticing them, no response was evident. I had to request several times to fix these. Washroom has moulds here and there and spill water from shower base. - Room had an iron board but no iron. After requesting for this, it took more than a hour to get one. They called me to dial 4 for this service and found that room phone was also not working! - Room Hair dryer was not working - Requested for toilet tissue as they gave only one for my 3 nights stay but request was reluctantly accepted after one day. -Room has window (room 214) and its hinge was observed broken. I felt security threat. - Most of the staffs can't speak in english. I would not recommend this hotel if your budget is more than 100 as you will get better hotel with this price. Still I can't believe it tool more than 230$ per night from me. I booked this through Agoda thats why I was not able to cancel after seeing poor things and room space.

Il mio soggiorno dal 9 al 11 Feb 2023. Ottimo luogo, a pochi passi dal Masjid - il lato del Verde Dome. Anche un breve passo verso il mercato alimentare. Personale amichevole e spaziosa camera pulita - buono stato bagno e doccia (nessun orribile lavoro di grotta) - comodo mattone top - pulita Tea/Caffè. La strada per la stanza è buona con un certo tipo di atomizzatore e gli ascensori sono veloci, su entrambi i lati della strada. Il ricevitore mi ha dato un migliore servizio dalla stanza che avevo prenotato. In tutto questo, questa era una esperienza piacevole e pacifica. Mi sono confortevolmente trasformata in Ihram, pronto per il mio viaggio verso Makkah via treno. Akhtar

The hotel is just next to the airport from where there are direct public buses (bus number/line 400, running roughly every 30 minutes, journey time 20 minutes) to Al Haram. The furniture in the room is a bit aged, but other than that it is perfect for a few nights for exploring the city. Even though it is next to the airport the noise from the planes could not be heard in the room. The buffet breakfast is OK for 1-2 nights.

I stayed at this hotel for 6nights. Everything is good in here. Location is very near to Masjid Nabawi which is only a few steps needed. There is so much shop nearby. Room was great with basic amenities. Staff is superb friendly for all sector. Nice accommodation and I recommended…
