I booked this hotel based on Agoda review, especially for the location. Price was higher as if it was 5 stars hotel. I stayed in Makkah in Movenpick hotel in the same week with only 30$ more than the price of this bad hotel. While Movenpick hotel is a true 5 stars with all positive around it, Golden Tulip Al Zahabi in Madina is the worst I would say. - Room was too small - Breakfast is not with quality plus the staffs are very unprofessional. I orders for omelettes for my breakfast and it was just before my checkout to catch my train. I found responsible staff left the site for a long time without notice! This is one of the example only on the quality of service. - Room aminities were bad, broken, defective. After noticing them, no response was evident. I had to request several times to fix these. Washroom has moulds here and there and spill water from shower base. - Room had an iron board but no iron. After requesting for this, it took more than a hour to get one. They called me to dial 4 for this service and found that room phone was also not working! - Room Hair dryer was not working - Requested for toilet tissue as they gave only one for my 3 nights stay but request was reluctantly accepted after one day. -Room has window (room 214) and its hinge was observed broken. I felt security threat. - Most of the staffs can't speak in english. I would not recommend this hotel if your budget is more than 100 as you will get better hotel with this price. Still I can't believe it tool more than 230$ per night from me. I booked this through Agoda thats why I was not able to cancel after seeing poor things and room space.

Stayed as our agent said it’s very clouded to masjidul Nabi which it is. The hotel from any lifts looks amazing. But that’s where it stops. The rooms are smaller than you’d expect for a ‘5star’ hotel. The rooms have fridges in but they do not give you and ironing board nor iron. It’s 14 stories and the has many lifts but can be quite annoying as when the lift stops on your floor the lift may be full and you then have to wait for another one. There is no azaan in the room it self but from outside the rooms you can hear the azaan. The breakfast is on the mezzanine floor. The breakfast has some different options that you’d expect. There is someone there that makes fresh omelette , fried eggs etc and waffles on request. One thing I’d recommend for the hotel if staff can ihave knifes on the table as it’s very hard to spread jam with a fork. The business centre has very old computers running on office that seems like a is a 97-2003 version. The computer internet doesn’t work and was difficult to use. The WiFi is so so. Can be better but wouldn’t complain if it can get the tablet or phone working, which it does but the buffering is annoying.

La peggiore esperienza, solo per questo è stato l'unico posto lasciato con le camere camminando. Apparentemente c'è una ragione per cui erano gli unici con le camere lasciate .... -Fridge non funziona (mi sono lamentato che non hanno fatto niente) -A/C non lavorava lamentato ha fatto qualcosa che lo ha fatto funzionare non fermo quindi letteralmente siamo congelati ora. Quando si lamentò di nuovo, si smettì di fare la fusa e quando ho detto che sarebbe troppo caldo, si è mosso a rimettere la fusa in funzione - non sicuramente A/c, o non, ma profumo come un molino.Ogni volta che entrammo dall’esterno, c’è un enorme odore di molino. Mia madre sta tossendo e prego che non sia l’inizio della polmonite a causa di questo. -Il bagno si svuota acqua fuori dal tubo-grande pericolo di scivolo a meno che non si metta più asciugamani sul pavimento per catturare l’acqua - il letto era orribile....sentire il legno -non si è pulito ogni mattina. Un giorno gli chiesi: ”Ok, non è venuto”. Un altro giorno è venuto a fare i letti e niente di più. Non c'è un carico di scarpe, nessuna biancheria da bagno. Le mani schiacciate sul pavimento pieno di acqua.

Bell'hotel in generale per Medina la posizione è la cosa più importante per essere vicino all'haram Mi piace il modo di fare del personale; sono davvero educati e pronti ad aiutare La colazione è per lo più asiatica, è la mia opzione lo chef deve prendersi cura in modo particolare della panetteria. L'hotel ha bisogno di ristrutturazione, in particolare il bagno e l'arredamento completo. Un ostacolo importante è il sistema di illuminazione molto complicato, che non è necessario in un hotel Ma di sicuro tornerò per la posizione e il personale disponibile.
