We stayed here for a night in the middle of a massive road trip from Banff to Brandon. We booked at short notice and got a couple of rooms last min. The rooms were pretty decent, it’s clearly an old motel that’s been slightly renovated to fit the Ramada style. But our room next to the car park was actually decent, the shower was new and the bed comfy, air con worked well as well. We used the pool and hot tub to help our weary legs and it was great! No major complaints here at all! Enjoyed it!

We stop here as we made our way through Canada hwy 1. The staff was friendly and helpfully. The hotel seem new and was very clean. They have a nice workout area. We also did a load of laundry 3 dollar for a wash and 1 dollar for the dryer which worked for us . The breakfast was good and well stocked . Nice fried eggs, oatmeal with a lot of topping choices, make your own mini waffles, breads. Bacon , sausage fresh fruit bananas, apples , muffins and blueberries scones. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The only issues I have was no tea or coffee in the lobby only for breakfast. The coffee pot only made standard coffee in the room and it was not very good . The room was so dry and there was no water given I was took you have to buy. I feel that was wrong when you are a status elite member .

Camera pulita e spaziosa. Hotel tranquillo. Camera confortevole. Desk front were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located next to a Plaza, and at the same time near the hyway, near many sites to visit. L'unica confusione è accaduto quando ci andavamo, le mappe di Google non portano all'ingresso dell'hotel, abbiamo dovuto prendere l'autostrada di nuovo e cone indietro.

Front staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean but the bathroom needed a serious renovation. The bathtub was a serious turn off. Looked like it wouldn’t come clean no matter how long you worked at it. I did chose not to use it. Sink was chipped and stained. The air conditioner worked well. Adequate choices and quantities for breakfast. The coffee was great.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Medicine Hat in room 306 and I was very impressed by the reception staff. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. She greeted me warmly when I arrived and checked me in quickly. Her name was Khush and she also gave me some useful information about the hotel amenities and the nearby attractions. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. Khush also went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She helped me book a taxi to the airport, arranged a late checkout for me, and even gave me a complimentary breakfast. She was always smiling and courteous, and she made sure I had everything I needed. I would like to thank Khush for her excellent service and hospitality. She is a great asset to the hotel and she deserves recognition and appreciation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medicine Hat.
