The bedrooms have a/c, and there are fans in the living room. The 2nd level consists of a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the pool. It has gorgeous mountain views to the east and views of the pool to the west. It is perfect for outdoor relaxing, sun-bathing, and cocktails. The condo is located in a gated community in the town of Loiza, which is ideally located just 30 miles east of Old San Juan, and 15 miles west of El Yunque National Forest. Nearby attractions include hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, ziplining, local art studios, experiencing local food, drinks, and music at the kiosks of Piñones, learning about the local culture at Cueva Maria de la Cruz, fishing, and nightlife.
