Hotel in zona Vía santa elena la espadera, Medellin

Mi sorprende, veniva da un altro Ibis in un altro paese, essendo della stessa categoria, Ibis Medellin è molto più in tutto, in Camera, Pulizia, infrastruttura, servizio, ristorante con colazione vario e generoso, personale in generale con buona atteggiamento, super ben situato, zona fenomenale ci sono di tutto, farmacie, ristoranti, Caffè Shop, tra gli altri, sicuro, punto strategico per spostarsi a qualsiasi punto di Medellín. Lo consiglio ...!

L'hotel è stato un'esperienza positiva per me e la mia famiglia. Ho vissuto l'appartamento offerto per 3 persone. Area separata e 2 bagni per ospitare meglio, se si arriva con più di un bambino. Buona per divertirsi, ma non tanto se vuoi mangiare lì... i capi sembrano solo apprendisti che lavorano lì, e non tutto è sul menu. Il personale era 50/50 bello, i due piccoli incidenti che avevamo, uno era principalmente con un giovane ricevitore maschile che lavora durante il giorno fino all'ora della sera, una volta ho dimenticato la mia chiave e sono andato bene a chiedere un altro, e bene, Mi ha dato la chiave senza nemmeno guardarmi in faccia, o dirmi qualcosa, ma invece ha continuato a parlare con il suo collaboratore, non mi ha nemmeno dato un contatto occhio! L'ho appena estenso e mi ha dato la carta... che per me era un gesto di cattiva atteggiamento senza sapere perché aveva un trattamento disgustoso contro una donna dell'hotel! Lol era un po' irreprensibile a mio parere. Il secondo divertente incidente era che abbiamo chiamato presto come l'ora del pomeriggio alla ricezione per due torni... beh, a mezzanotte quando dormivamo, qualcuno ha colpito la porta portando le torni da soli, cuz ci sono volute ore per il servizio dell'hotel per consegnarli alla porta in tempo!! Così abbiamo deciso di comprarli nella farmacia più vicina dall'hotel. Ma era solo una prova del servizio per vedere Quanto tempo ci vorrebbero per ottenere le dannate togliere di denti in tempo?? Lol Lol Anyway... Ma non preoccuparti, sarei tornato e godere ancora dell'hotel... Penso, che l'amministratore dovrebbe allenare meglio il personale per fornire un servizio più elevato al cliente per tutti gli ospiti 👍🏼 Mio figlio era molto felice di godere della piscina e del jacuzzi. Ok, tutto per il mio ragazzo:)

Three men walked into my room during my stay unannounced while two of my roommates were undressed and hotel management won’t do anything about it!! I rented 9 hotel rooms and a conference room at Hotel Dorado for 30 leaders of my nonprofit org for 4 days. On day 2 of our stay a mysterious man bolted into our room unannounced and saw my roommate completely undressed. Why would someone outside of our party could have access to our room!? We went to hotel managers Joanna and Marco and they won’t do a single thing about it. They tell us it is not a big deal just “a matter of perspective”. Shortly after reporting this, Marco charged into our room with another man behind him completely unannounced, didn’t knock, just opened the door while yet ANOTHER girl was undressing and would not leave the room claiming he is trying to “fix the problem”. Marco and Joanna need to be fired! At this point all the girls in my organization were scared, some were crying, we all felt completely UNSAFE. The management was harassing us. They have camera’s on every floor and when we asked they claim there is no footage of these events (how convenient!!!) so now we are filing suit against them so they can release the footage to us. On top of all of this mental &emotional trauma my girls went through,I spent over $3,000 for hotel rooms, conference room, and hotel catering and the hotel won’t refund us for the services and rooms we didn’t use after the incidents.This would be THE VERY LEAST they can do.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, grandi supermercati, e l'ambiente è anche buono

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno rilassante nel Fairfield da Marriott Medellin Sabaneta. La posizione dell'hotel è a piedi di distanza dal Mall Shopping Mayorca. Passeggiando attraverso il Mall Shopping Mayorca si arriva al metro. Il metro è un buon metodo di trasporto per viaggiare a Medellín. La camera è spaziosa, comoda e sicura. La camera ha anche una bella vista della città. L'hotel offre anche un colazione a buffet gratuito. È aperto dalle 6 alle 10. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Grazie speciali a Jefferson. Era molto accogliente, molto attento e utile. L'hotel è perfettamente situato e dispone di personale amichevole. Si consiglia il Fairfield di Marriott Medellin Sabaneta se si cerca un hotel per soggiornare.

This hotel has definitely allowed me to redefine my former thoughts of what is a budget hotel. Whenever I thought “budget hotel,” I always thought of a hotel that was past its prime & a hotel that was dingy, dark, faded & completely 3rd rate. However, this hotel is completely the opposite of those things. To start, the staff at this hotel is genuinely so kind to their guests & they are equally kind & respectful toward each other. The staff is more than efficient at what they do in their professions & this allows the Ibis Budget Itagüí to have such a “feel good” comfortability. The manager here has chosen a wonderful team & your guests thank you very much! I stayed here for 24 nights & I don’t think I’ve ever felt more welcomed in any other hotel before. My room was very comfortable, with cozy linens & pillows. I slept beautifully in the bed each night. There’s a big curtained window in each room, which covers most of the wall, allowing natural sunlight to enter the room. You can’t open the windows, but the Ibis Budget Itagüí hotel is fresh & clean... & even though I do enjoy fresh air in my room, I have not one complaint with this hotel! The TV is great (with several English channel options) & electrical outlets were conveniently located throughout my room. My Internet was so fast & air-conditioning functioned perfectly. The elevators are very quick & I never waited long for one. Breakfast each morning was surprisingly more extensive than I had imagined, with many fresh fruits, omelettes to order, cereals, yogurts, breads, 2 fresh juice choices & delicious Colombian coffee with heated milk was available. The staff working in the restaurant was always so accommodating & friendly. Sometimes, in the middle of the night, I get hungry & I could always go downstairs to the hotel lobby, where they have a nice selection of sandwiches & pizzas (which they gladly heated for me). There’s lots of beverage options & chips & chocolates, etc. Security is always present on the street level, as you enter the hotel, & they ensure the security of guests & staff without being intrusive. The security staff is also very polite, but efficient at what they need to do, in order to ensure everyone’s safety. This hotel is spotlessly clean with a phenomenal cleaning staff. Sometimes I would leave my room around dinner time and they would still clean my room spotlessly & they would change the sheets for me whenever I requested. The hotel appears to be a very new & a modern building. I think they just celebrated their 2nd anniversary here. On the street level, located inside this hotel building, is a bakery called Tostao’ Cafe & Pan. Everything there is delicious & all of the pastries are very French! Next-door (still inside & on the street level of the Ibis Budget Itagüí building) is a delicious & comfortable family restaurant called Burrata, which is owned by a husband & wife & their little boy. The food is delicious, with a daily menu of the freshest ingredients & tast

We stayed one week as I am Colombia and my husband is not and was a little shy to stay at my mothers house around the corner. Picked because of the reviews and location. Room was comfortable, although even if you have your dnd they will come in and turnoff the ac. Fridge never refilled. You have to ask for water at reception but beware if the restaurant is closed they will have none. I’ve travelled extensively and both my husband and I work in hotels. This is the first hotel to ever call you every day at 8:55 am to tell you breakfast is about to end, and if you would like your order brought up. I mean someone else might like that, but we hated it!!! I understand the guy thought he was doing a favor and yes maybe 2 days out of the 7 but Jesus! Don’t do that. Shower comfortable however they don’t have conditioner and you must call down for a blow dryer. Bed was comfortable and we were in the largest suite on the top floor. However the ac is placed in a location where when turned on it blows directly at the bed! It’s impossible to sleep like that as you will need it on blast to cool the room since they have turned it off for you and it’s so directly on you that you will get sick. Now I had three things that have gone missing from my room. One of which was a pink purse. Luckily it was a Nine West purse and not one of my very expensive Gucci purses. This I called the reception on the same day as check out to first ask them if I had left it behind, not only were they very defensive about it but also offensive. The receptionist ( gentleman) said oh you sure you didn’t drop it as i seen you leave with so much stuff. And he also said why would you just bring it up now. Mind you I made this call about one hour after checking out. I said to him because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t in my bag. The purse was placed next to my sneakers which were the exact same color. Now you see I would just think that it got tangled up with the sheets, but one thing occurred which made me think something was not right. On one day, I took the end off the door since the waiter brought up our food. We stayed late in bed watching tv and sleeping. Someone opened our door with no knock. I quickly rushed to see who it was and it was the hotel manager. She said ohhh I’m sorry I didn’t know someone was staying in this room I’m so sorry. Now I work in hotels and know two things. The hotel manger always knows when a guest is in their highest paying room, and hotel managers always knock. Also this was through the middle of our stay. They hotel managers office is directly across from our room. They knew. My bag was also opened and a blue adidas body suit was stolen as well as a pair of white stretchy jeans. I only noticed this maybe two or three days ago when I recalled o had packed them and wanted to wear them. My husband and I were going to return to this hotel due to the convenience, however I never received a call back with a resolution as they said they would.

Avremmo valutato questo hotel a 5* ma un check-out ha rovinato tutto il soggiorno per noi! Sì, la stanza ha bisogno di un po' di attenzione - il cuscino del doccia si è afferrato dal tetto, il manico del doccia è venuto fuori dal regolatore di temperatura ogni volta che l'hai regolato, il sedile del bagno si è mantenuto in calo e doveva essere tenuto in piedi per me (maschio!), Il bagno stesso non era fissato equamente nello spazio tra la schermata di doccia e il muro e faceva seduto su di esso incomodo come si sarebbe poi squashed ........ma nessuno di questi erano grandi e non avrebbe colpito la nostra permanenza molto seriamente. Abbiamo goduto il colazione e il personale, in generale sono molto buoni e utili Dopo aver controllato, abbiamo lasciato un consiglio COP 50.000. Poi, quando siamo entrati nel nostro taxi, ci sono stati richiesti di essere chiamati a pagare 50.000 COP per una ”carta chiave della porta rotta”. La sera precedente la carta della porta non funzionava e non è stata sostituita da nulla a quel tempo detto. Ora apparentemente abbiamo ”danneggiato” il che ho rifiutato di pagare e ha detto se volevano il denaro per prendere da 50,000 COP di punta ho soggiornato in centinaia di hotel utilizzando carte chiave elettroniche e se mai avessero un problema, sono stati riprogrammati o sostituiti senza questioni Non ho mai incontrato questa situazione prima di & mi sono annoiato & molto deluso che dopo un grande soggiorno, questo è il modo in cui è finito. Come ho detto, questo sarebbe probabilmente un 5* recensione .....

Abbiamo fatto un volo precoce da Medellín, quindi siamo rimasti in questo hotel la notte prima di partire. La stanza era pulita, luminosa e spaziosa e la stanza aveva una bella doccia. Ci erano molti ristoranti a piedi. Ero un po' nervoso perché volevamo andare all'aeroporto alle 4:00 e non ero sicuro quanto sarebbe stato facile arrivare all'aeroporto se la navetta fosse caduta per qualche motivo, ma quando siamo andati pochi minuti prima per prendere la navetta, Il conducente della nave ci aspettava già e siamo arrivati all'aeroporto senza problemi. Rimarremmo qui se avessimo un altro volo precoce da Medellín.
