Hotel in zona Rosie glam C.C. Santafé, Medellin

Che grande esperienza.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza unica al piano alto e l'esperienza è stata sorprendente. Il personale si adoperava per parlare portoghese quando parlo perfettamente spagnolo e inglese, solo per farmi sentire a casa, e mi diede una bella stanza, con grandi finestre e un bagno spazioso, tanto grande quanto la camera da letto. La colazione è un po' deludente, ma non mi interessa. Abbiamo anche una birra a metà prezzo sul tetto dove si può vedere tutto. Ho avuto un bel tempo lì, in effetti. L'hotel è anche situato nella parte migliore della città. Molti ristoranti, bar, pub ... molte opzioni per il tempo libero intorno.

La stanza dell'hotel è buona, ma il soggiorno non è flessibile, non è necessario aspettare fino a tre, poi una grande ondata di persone deve fare il check-in, lentamente e sprecare più tempo; c'è un bravo fratello sulla reception, aiutare a chiamare Uber, fornire consigli.

Un Boutique Hostel nel cuore del Poblado, il quartiere migliore dove soggiornare a Medellin per scoprire questa poliedrica città. La struttura si suddivide su due edifici, non troppo distanti tra loro. Il fiore all’occhiello riguarda i rooftop: in uno troverete un fornitissimo coctkail bar dove si svolgono serate con dj, nell’altro una piscina panoramica dove vengono organizzati divertentissimi pool party. Entrambi i rooftop godono di una bellissima vista panoramica sulla città. Si possono scegliere diverse sistemazioni: dalle suite private con terrazza vista città a dormitori condivisi. Lo stile delle camere e delle aree comuni è urban e moderno. Vengono organizzate quotidianamente attività come yoga, corsi di ballo, corsi barman e tanti altri eventi di socializzazione che permettono di conoscere moltissime persone. Molte zone di coworking, e anche un’ampia cucina condivisa con caffe’ sempre a disposizione. Per chi volesse una colazione servita è presente il bar Yolo all’interno. Un ambiente giovane e moderno, ideale per fare nuove amicizie e scoprire la città

Mi sorprende, veniva da un altro Ibis in un altro paese, essendo della stessa categoria, Ibis Medellin è molto più in tutto, in Camera, Pulizia, infrastruttura, servizio, ristorante con colazione vario e generoso, personale in generale con buona atteggiamento, super ben situato, zona fenomenale ci sono di tutto, farmacie, ristoranti, Caffè Shop, tra gli altri, sicuro, punto strategico per spostarsi a qualsiasi punto di Medellín. Lo consiglio ...!

Situazione strategica, sobrio ed elegante. È già il mio preferito per i miei prossimi viaggi in città di Medellín

This hotel has definitely allowed me to redefine my former thoughts of what is a budget hotel. Whenever I thought “budget hotel,” I always thought of a hotel that was past its prime & a hotel that was dingy, dark, faded & completely 3rd rate. However, this hotel is completely the opposite of those things. To start, the staff at this hotel is genuinely so kind to their guests & they are equally kind & respectful toward each other. The staff is more than efficient at what they do in their professions & this allows the Ibis Budget Itagüí to have such a “feel good” comfortability. The manager here has chosen a wonderful team & your guests thank you very much! I stayed here for 24 nights & I don’t think I’ve ever felt more welcomed in any other hotel before. My room was very comfortable, with cozy linens & pillows. I slept beautifully in the bed each night. There’s a big curtained window in each room, which covers most of the wall, allowing natural sunlight to enter the room. You can’t open the windows, but the Ibis Budget Itagüí hotel is fresh & clean... & even though I do enjoy fresh air in my room, I have not one complaint with this hotel! The TV is great (with several English channel options) & electrical outlets were conveniently located throughout my room. My Internet was so fast & air-conditioning functioned perfectly. The elevators are very quick & I never waited long for one. Breakfast each morning was surprisingly more extensive than I had imagined, with many fresh fruits, omelettes to order, cereals, yogurts, breads, 2 fresh juice choices & delicious Colombian coffee with heated milk was available. The staff working in the restaurant was always so accommodating & friendly. Sometimes, in the middle of the night, I get hungry & I could always go downstairs to the hotel lobby, where they have a nice selection of sandwiches & pizzas (which they gladly heated for me). There’s lots of beverage options & chips & chocolates, etc. Security is always present on the street level, as you enter the hotel, & they ensure the security of guests & staff without being intrusive. The security staff is also very polite, but efficient at what they need to do, in order to ensure everyone’s safety. This hotel is spotlessly clean with a phenomenal cleaning staff. Sometimes I would leave my room around dinner time and they would still clean my room spotlessly & they would change the sheets for me whenever I requested. The hotel appears to be a very new & a modern building. I think they just celebrated their 2nd anniversary here. On the street level, located inside this hotel building, is a bakery called Tostao’ Cafe & Pan. Everything there is delicious & all of the pastries are very French! Next-door (still inside & on the street level of the Ibis Budget Itagüí building) is a delicious & comfortable family restaurant called Burrata, which is owned by a husband & wife & their little boy. The food is delicious, with a daily menu of the freshest ingredients & tast

We stayed one week as I am Colombia and my husband is not and was a little shy to stay at my mothers house around the corner. Picked because of the reviews and location. Room was comfortable, although even if you have your dnd they will come in and turnoff the ac. Fridge never refilled. You have to ask for water at reception but beware if the restaurant is closed they will have none. I’ve travelled extensively and both my husband and I work in hotels. This is the first hotel to ever call you every day at 8:55 am to tell you breakfast is about to end, and if you would like your order brought up. I mean someone else might like that, but we hated it!!! I understand the guy thought he was doing a favor and yes maybe 2 days out of the 7 but Jesus! Don’t do that. Shower comfortable however they don’t have conditioner and you must call down for a blow dryer. Bed was comfortable and we were in the largest suite on the top floor. However the ac is placed in a location where when turned on it blows directly at the bed! It’s impossible to sleep like that as you will need it on blast to cool the room since they have turned it off for you and it’s so directly on you that you will get sick. Now I had three things that have gone missing from my room. One of which was a pink purse. Luckily it was a Nine West purse and not one of my very expensive Gucci purses. This I called the reception on the same day as check out to first ask them if I had left it behind, not only were they very defensive about it but also offensive. The receptionist ( gentleman) said oh you sure you didn’t drop it as i seen you leave with so much stuff. And he also said why would you just bring it up now. Mind you I made this call about one hour after checking out. I said to him because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t in my bag. The purse was placed next to my sneakers which were the exact same color. Now you see I would just think that it got tangled up with the sheets, but one thing occurred which made me think something was not right. On one day, I took the end off the door since the waiter brought up our food. We stayed late in bed watching tv and sleeping. Someone opened our door with no knock. I quickly rushed to see who it was and it was the hotel manager. She said ohhh I’m sorry I didn’t know someone was staying in this room I’m so sorry. Now I work in hotels and know two things. The hotel manger always knows when a guest is in their highest paying room, and hotel managers always knock. Also this was through the middle of our stay. They hotel managers office is directly across from our room. They knew. My bag was also opened and a blue adidas body suit was stolen as well as a pair of white stretchy jeans. I only noticed this maybe two or three days ago when I recalled o had packed them and wanted to wear them. My husband and I were going to return to this hotel due to the convenience, however I never received a call back with a resolution as they said they would.

Three men walked into my room during my stay unannounced while two of my roommates were undressed and hotel management won’t do anything about it!! I rented 9 hotel rooms and a conference room at Hotel Dorado for 30 leaders of my nonprofit org for 4 days. On day 2 of our stay a mysterious man bolted into our room unannounced and saw my roommate completely undressed. Why would someone outside of our party could have access to our room!? We went to hotel managers Joanna and Marco and they won’t do a single thing about it. They tell us it is not a big deal just “a matter of perspective”. Shortly after reporting this, Marco charged into our room with another man behind him completely unannounced, didn’t knock, just opened the door while yet ANOTHER girl was undressing and would not leave the room claiming he is trying to “fix the problem”. Marco and Joanna need to be fired! At this point all the girls in my organization were scared, some were crying, we all felt completely UNSAFE. The management was harassing us. They have camera’s on every floor and when we asked they claim there is no footage of these events (how convenient!!!) so now we are filing suit against them so they can release the footage to us. On top of all of this mental &emotional trauma my girls went through,I spent over $3,000 for hotel rooms, conference room, and hotel catering and the hotel won’t refund us for the services and rooms we didn’t use after the incidents.This would be THE VERY LEAST they can do.

We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Lagoon. The food at the restaurant was superb and we were never disappointed with any of the menu items. The staff, particularly Carlos and Isabella, were always friendly and always went the extra mile for us whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed the newly built outdoor lounge areas next to the pool with the firepit. This was one of the best experiences we had at the hotel and a must if you wish to keep warm on a chilly night. Conveniently located near the airport (MDE) and about a 45-50 min drive into Medellin. There are a lot of places to eat nearby as well as a few shopping centers. Would come back again!
