Hotel in zona Oratoria Clínica Las Américas, Torre 4, Piso 1, Ingresanfo Por La 79, Medellin

L'hotel è stato un'esperienza positiva per me e la mia famiglia. Ho vissuto l'appartamento offerto per 3 persone. Area separata e 2 bagni per ospitare meglio, se si arriva con più di un bambino. Buona per divertirsi, ma non tanto se vuoi mangiare lì... i capi sembrano solo apprendisti che lavorano lì, e non tutto è sul menu. Il personale era 50/50 bello, i due piccoli incidenti che avevamo, uno era principalmente con un giovane ricevitore maschile che lavora durante il giorno fino all'ora della sera, una volta ho dimenticato la mia chiave e sono andato bene a chiedere un altro, e bene, Mi ha dato la chiave senza nemmeno guardarmi in faccia, o dirmi qualcosa, ma invece ha continuato a parlare con il suo collaboratore, non mi ha nemmeno dato un contatto occhio! L'ho appena estenso e mi ha dato la carta... che per me era un gesto di cattiva atteggiamento senza sapere perché aveva un trattamento disgustoso contro una donna dell'hotel! Lol era un po' irreprensibile a mio parere. Il secondo divertente incidente era che abbiamo chiamato presto come l'ora del pomeriggio alla ricezione per due torni... beh, a mezzanotte quando dormivamo, qualcuno ha colpito la porta portando le torni da soli, cuz ci sono volute ore per il servizio dell'hotel per consegnarli alla porta in tempo!! Così abbiamo deciso di comprarli nella farmacia più vicina dall'hotel. Ma era solo una prova del servizio per vedere Quanto tempo ci vorrebbero per ottenere le dannate togliere di denti in tempo?? Lol Lol Anyway... Ma non preoccuparti, sarei tornato e godere ancora dell'hotel... Penso, che l'amministratore dovrebbe allenare meglio il personale per fornire un servizio più elevato al cliente per tutti gli ospiti 👍🏼 Mio figlio era molto felice di godere della piscina e del jacuzzi. Ok, tutto per il mio ragazzo:)

I originally had booked with Ayenda 1234 Imperio 70. I had arranged a driver to pick me up as I arrived late at night. When he parked in front of the Ayenda I begged him not to leave me at that place. There had been a soccer game in the nearby stadium and there were people drinking, smoking pot in the street by the dozens. I did not feel safe. He took me to the Hotel Bolivariana Plaza. I spent 2 nights there. The room was very small, tiny, but it was very clean and the window faced a hallway, not what I expected but the location was much better than the other. It is a quiet street. Breakfast is included. I throught I could stay for the rest of the trip but they were fully booked OR I could move to 2 different rooms. I decided to move and for the same price I stayed at a much better hotel, way better. It has very nice hand painted signs all over, very inspired for self-confidence. I loved each. Breakfast has not a great variety but it is a good breakfast. It is served, not a buffet. Very basic and you have a choice of coffee or hot chocolate, which is nice because I don't drink coffee. That is where I first had an ”arepa”. Unfortunately I have an intolerance for corn, it just stays in my stomach all day, so for my second breakfast I declined the offer of arepas. I am very greatful for their hospitality and for taking me in that night so late without a reservation.

I genuinely don't understand how this hostels gets such high reviews. I booked my stay at this Selina because my first experience staying at a Selina in Guatemala was so good. However this Selina is very rundown. My friend and I were in a 12 room dorm and we're charged close to $20 a night. Our room had no air conditioning, the room looked like it had just been thrown together at the last minute, no lamp available in each bunk, the little shelves arent securely placed in the wall so you can't place anything on them without your things slipping off. The bathroom has no soap or garbage can and the rooms don't seem like there's anyone who regularly cleans them. Since my reservation was non refundable I stuck it our for 4 days and when I needed to book one more night not wanting to which hostels for one night I was charged $26! For the most basic run down accommodations. I really don't understand the pricing. Although the hostel is in a great location, the windows aren’t sealed so it’s super noisy until 4 am at weekends. It’s very much a party hostel! The co working space is nice however and large and the onsite cafe has great food and coffee. Wouldn’t recommend, as it seems like there are a lot nicer hostels in the area.

Avremmo valutato questo hotel a 5* ma un check-out ha rovinato tutto il soggiorno per noi! Sì, la stanza ha bisogno di un po' di attenzione - il cuscino del doccia si è afferrato dal tetto, il manico del doccia è venuto fuori dal regolatore di temperatura ogni volta che l'hai regolato, il sedile del bagno si è mantenuto in calo e doveva essere tenuto in piedi per me (maschio!), Il bagno stesso non era fissato equamente nello spazio tra la schermata di doccia e il muro e faceva seduto su di esso incomodo come si sarebbe poi squashed ........ma nessuno di questi erano grandi e non avrebbe colpito la nostra permanenza molto seriamente. Abbiamo goduto il colazione e il personale, in generale sono molto buoni e utili Dopo aver controllato, abbiamo lasciato un consiglio COP 50.000. Poi, quando siamo entrati nel nostro taxi, ci sono stati richiesti di essere chiamati a pagare 50.000 COP per una ”carta chiave della porta rotta”. La sera precedente la carta della porta non funzionava e non è stata sostituita da nulla a quel tempo detto. Ora apparentemente abbiamo ”danneggiato” il che ho rifiutato di pagare e ha detto se volevano il denaro per prendere da 50,000 COP di punta ho soggiornato in centinaia di hotel utilizzando carte chiave elettroniche e se mai avessero un problema, sono stati riprogrammati o sostituiti senza questioni Non ho mai incontrato questa situazione prima di & mi sono annoiato & molto deluso che dopo un grande soggiorno, questo è il modo in cui è finito. Come ho detto, questo sarebbe probabilmente un 5* recensione .....

Three men walked into my room during my stay unannounced while two of my roommates were undressed and hotel management won’t do anything about it!! I rented 9 hotel rooms and a conference room at Hotel Dorado for 30 leaders of my nonprofit org for 4 days. On day 2 of our stay a mysterious man bolted into our room unannounced and saw my roommate completely undressed. Why would someone outside of our party could have access to our room!? We went to hotel managers Joanna and Marco and they won’t do a single thing about it. They tell us it is not a big deal just “a matter of perspective”. Shortly after reporting this, Marco charged into our room with another man behind him completely unannounced, didn’t knock, just opened the door while yet ANOTHER girl was undressing and would not leave the room claiming he is trying to “fix the problem”. Marco and Joanna need to be fired! At this point all the girls in my organization were scared, some were crying, we all felt completely UNSAFE. The management was harassing us. They have camera’s on every floor and when we asked they claim there is no footage of these events (how convenient!!!) so now we are filing suit against them so they can release the footage to us. On top of all of this mental &emotional trauma my girls went through,I spent over $3,000 for hotel rooms, conference room, and hotel catering and the hotel won’t refund us for the services and rooms we didn’t use after the incidents.This would be THE VERY LEAST they can do.

L'hotel dice di essere 3 stelle, io direi da 1 a 2 stelle. Sabagne sgombrate con alcuni buchi per il sgombramento. Toalla piccola, tesa e con odore di sapone economico. Ho dovuto chiedere un altro. Eravamo 2 persone. Il pavimento gridato e la doccia dà direttamente al letto della camera. Sabaie minime e di cattiva qualità. Aria condizionata molto vecchia. Entra nel rumore della strada, musica, ecc. L'area della ricezione e ascensore normale

Ho avuto la fortuna di essere ospite nella mia vita di molti hotel Cinquestelle, soprattutto per motivi di lavoro e in qualche caso perché me lo posso permettere. Al Binn Hotel di Medellin abbiamo preso 2 camere doppie: 4 giorni e 5 notti in formula B&B per complessivi 910 euro: regalate perché è veramente splendido, elegante fin dalla hall. Le camere sono grandi ed arredate in modo molto semplice e fine, con bagni grandi e completi di tutto: il mio aveva anche la jacuzzi. Livelli di pulizia e di gentilezza del personale veramente al top. Ma il massimo lo danno: 1) il panorama di Medellin dalla parte più alta del Poblado: mozzafiato; 2) la piscina di acqua calda al 16.mo ed ultimo piano, a fianco di uno splendido roof garden aperto fino a tarda notte; 3) il breakfast, oltre ogni possibilità di confronto con altri per dolce, salato, frutta, piatti tipici colombiani e succhi di frutta freschi. Insomma, un hotel a cui non ho trovato difetti, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile. Lo consiglio moltissimo, provare per credere

Versus has to be the most perfect hotel in my 13 days trip to Colombia. I am a solo female traveller and I was taken care of beautifully. Located in the upper El Poblado area away from all the party scenario, in a very upscale, modern , quiet area yet close to everything with a short cab ride. It is extremely easy to find it as it is located on the main road itself. The hotel is new and is the most perfect addition to Medellin. It has such a quirky and chic decor, extremely modern and fun. The rooms are designed perfectly. The best coworking space , gym and yoga room. Can’t comment on the pool as I didn’t use it . The fantastic part of the hotel is the cafe. The food is absolutely AMAZING and DELICIOUS. I could just sit there for hours. Thats how amazing the whole vibe of the hotel was. Such great crowd and atmosphere always. Special mention about Carlos from the front desk. Right from check in to check out, he helped in each and every query of mine. He was just like a friend and guide and always ready to help with a smile. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE COMING TO MEDELLIN. 🫶🏻😍😍

Excelente lugar para descansar, desayuno delicioso, y personal muy amable. Tiene un buen espacio para parqueo, cerca al centro comercial Mayorca. son muy amables, los recepcionistas, camareras, los de cocina y el portes.
