Loma Verde Aparthotel

Hotel services perfects, Rooms almost perfects - only issue air conditioning very noisy. WATCH OUT: rooms 201 202 203 TO BE AVOIDED, Being low on the street side above the hotel.entrance is like to trying to sleep on the side of a traffficated highly illuminated road, while listening to the noisy chatting of the hotel guests going out/ coming back till very late in the night (or, better, early morning).

Why would you(loma verde) conspire with undesirable persons disguised as "customers" and allow them to constantly Disturb and Irritate valuable guest(such as myself) because some entity with alleged influence told you to do so?!? Every night of my stay at this so called apartment complex(loma verde) was purposely ruined and disturbed by other "guest" in connecting rooms yelling and playing music all times of the night and day, all provable and Recorded. I don't believe they should be in business past November 2024.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. The host, Juliana, treated us very poorly. They charged us for extra amenities, and the place was infested with cockroaches and other bugs, resulting in many bug bites. It smelled terrible, and they tried to blame the odor on my puppy. They never cleaned our room, changed the bed sheets, or provided us with toilet paper and paper towels. This place is disgusting and feels like a money grab, charging for anything extra. They do not accommodate guests and do not care about their comfort.

Sorry for the late review. The hotel was fantastic! David & Manual are true gentlemen, with a true regard to customer service. All staff were great! The rooms were very clean a spacious. My only complaint is that initially for four days I was in a room facing the road. It was extremely noisy in the morning which led to lack of sleep. On my return I was in the back facing the garden. This was a lot better. Defiantly be back next year.

Amazing hotel! I didst expect anything but I was surprised for the best 👌 New hotel, the apartments vlean and the furniture new and the style is WOW! The only thing that I scared of is the high of the safety rail that is very low and I was warried for the kids. The pool is very nice and warmy, but small. Great kitchen with all the accessories that you need. Close to everything in 5 min. I liked it 👍

Loma Verde was my preferred hotel in Medellin in pre-COVID times. Being finally back, I am happy to see that they are as good as always and came through the crisis without any compromise on service and quality. Bi-Lingual staff as polite and helpful as ever, apartment in excellent shape. I like the tranquility of the surroundings, yet it is only 10 minutes to Provenza. If you don't feel like going to Provenza or Lleras, there are a couple of eateries just about 300m away on the intersection Calle 11 with transversal inferior ("Inter PLaza"). They restrict access to the hotel, so bringing up new found "friends" to the apartment is frowned upon, which in turn makes for a quiet and family friendly atmosphere in the building. In total, highly recommended!
