LIN Hotel By HOUSY HOST

Had such a great time, the rooms are beautiful I stayed in the Junior suite and it was beautiful and luxurious. Staff are amazing and very helpful, definitely recommend this hotel specially if you’re solo traveling, rooftop upstairs is beautiful with an awesome view! Just wish they had a happy hour but other than that 10/10 can’t wait to be back!!! And also the chefs from open to close are amazing!!!

The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, if you’re staying on the 7th floor, be prepared for loud music from the rooftop bar that goes on until 2am. We contacted the front desk multiple times, and while the volume would be lowered briefly, it quickly went back to full blast. Unfortunately, it made it really hard to relax or get any sleep after a long day. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room on a lower floor or considering a different hotel.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to poor management and a lack of accountability for their own errors. I had reserved and received confirmation for a king room with a jacuzzi and a city view. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the room had been double-booked and there was nothing they could do. I was instead placed in a standard room with a view of a neighboring building. After persistent efforts, I was able to speak with the manager, Senefelder Guzman, who eventually agreed over the phone and email to issue a full refund within five business days. Unfortunately, after the five-day period, I was informed that I would only receive a partial refund (30%), less than half of what I originally paid. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, I spoke with another guest who was experiencing the exact same issue during check-in. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this property and consider alternative accommodations to save yourself time, stress, and disappointment.

Amazing hotel, location and staff The Lin Boutique Hotel is a beautiful hotel and the staff totally AMAZING! I was in constant communication with the hotel for days before my trip and Brandon was very helpful and prompt to answer all my questions and help me schedule a taxy pickup upon my arrival. Upon check-in, they were all very helpful and friendly with great customer service skills. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on a future trip. Thank you Lin Hotel for a beautiful stay.
