Beautiful clean hotel with a nice sofa. Good breakfast and staff were brilliant. The location is great and everything is within walking distance and is safe

Amazing hotel in great location, close to restaurants and bars. The rooms were very comfortable and modern. The only thing that annoyed me was the fact, that the bathroom was not cleaned too well. I complained and it was done and i was offered some free drinks and spa in return.

Es un hotel nuevo ( supuestamente 5 estrellas) pero.. no funcionan cosas básicas como la luz del baño, que es un mando muy moderno ( las luces son todas con un mando que varían la intensidad etc.. pero muchos ya tienen borradas las letras que indican su función) Nos cambiamos de habitación..en ésta habitación no funcionaba la apertura de un armario superior ( totalmente necesario dado que viajamos por largo tiempo y tenemos equipaje 🧳🧳) Teníamos desayuno incluido pero debido a los diferentes tour sólo pudimos desayunar el primer día..y nos dijeron que no preparaban para llevar. Si a eso añadimos que no había nevera, ni para preparar café o té en la habitación..muy decepcionante Tuve que solicitar un gorro de ducha ya que ésta es de lluvia...( Les pareció raro 🤦🏼) también un vaso 🥛 que pedí para el baño y....nunca llegó No hay ventanas para ventilar.. del hall llega mucho olor a comida hasta la entrada de la habitación y hay ruido por las noches de los bares de al lado y de la carretera.. Creo que tienen que mejorar muucho la atención a los clientes y dar servicios mínimos para una categoría no ya de 5 sino incluso de 3 estrellas..( las cajas fuertes nos dijeron que todavía no estaban en funcionamiento. La habitación no nos la hicieron.. un día, no se el motivo No lo recomendaría jamás Lo único bueno la cama que era muy cómoda.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It has no closet, no windows, very limited space, no refrigerator. The TV only function as a smart tv if you use your own account. The hotel & spa is advertised as if you can utilize the pools but you have to pay a high fee to use it. This hotel was so weird starting from the light system. Not worthy for the price!

The hotel & spa runs a false advertisement online. You cannot use the spa or the pools unless you pay a high fee. We reserved two rooms one for our 2 older daughter and one for us. The rooms are so small, no windows, no closets, no refrigerator. The smart TV cannot use it unless you have your own application accounts. Don’t waste your money this hotel is not worth it!

I enjoyed my trip to Medellin and I liked my stay at Wellcomm spa and hotel. The staffs there were super friendly and helpful. José gave me many tips on where to travel and how to travel and details of what shall I do when I was planning to visit Avi Park. Luis from the Bar and Kitchen are very attentive to what I need. The manger made effort to have a conversation with me. José and his colleague, a lovely young lady from Cartagena were wonderful to me. -

Best staff ever!! always happy and atenttentive extremely friendly we feld at home the rooms are gorgous and comfortable the breakfast were Amazing and the dinner at the Memoria restaurant was an amazing experience thank you to all the staff for everything SPECIALLY Jose Peralta.
