Questo hotel con catena di fama a livello mondiale potrebbe essere una delle migliori scelte per soggiornare a Medan. Ha una piscina al tetto che vede la città di Medan. Tuttavia, il bagno deve essere pulito correttamente come il sporco sul muro. Dal momento che è classificato come hotel 4 stelle, dovrebbe prendersi cura della pulizia del bagno e anche della parete della stanza. Per ottenere cibo locale come il famoso Bakso e Ucok Durian, il turista può ottenere camminando o prenderlo.

I arrived early morning and requested for an early check in. By then a lot of guests were checking out, and I was assigned a room at around 11.30 am which was good, especially when i was just coming from an early morning flight The breakfast was so so, not so good given the price of the room

Le camere sono buone, belle e pulite, io rimango con la mia famiglia durante la vacanza di fine anno, la camera da bagno buona e pulita, abbiamo preso la camera della famiglia e la camera grande e ben arredata, Grazie per l'onorevole Suhendra Marjan, il CEHK, che ha già organizzato la stanza in modo adeguato e ha fatto una vacanza memorabile.

Non è la prima volta che scelgo questo hotel per un soggiorno. La stanza è pulita e di solito è di grandi dimensioni. Ma l'ultima volta che ho soggiornato qui, a causa di un problema imprevisto con l'acqua in bagno, mi hanno spostato in un'altra stanza, che è molto più piccola del solito. Ma va bene, ancora abbastanza comodo. L'unico problema è sempre la vasca da bagno. Ho sempre il sifone rotto, quindi devo tirarlo manualmente per scaricare l'acqua. Per favore, aggiorna la vasca da bagno, sarebbe molto molto meglio. Nel complesso, adoro questo hotel?

Un giorno così bello che passo lì .. la vista era anche molto sorprendente.. e il servizio era così buono.. Vieni a visitare molto presto di nuovo inshaAllah

It's good hotel, clean and they have a really good staff, nice hospitality and warmest welcome. Although this hotel is cheap but good, you try it by yourself then you will know. Thanks miss Rina for helping me so much. Guys when you need something, find miss Rina and she will help you with heart. Choose this hotel because is in the middle of town, really near by airport train station, bus and all public transportation.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

The hotel is located conveniently next to an IndoMart. The rooms are nice with a window looking down on the reception area below. The beds are a little hard. Aircon and hot water works well. There is a full sized fridge but freezer does not work. The breakfast buffet has quite a bit of variety with hot station. I recommend booking the in-hotel massage service.

First, they gave me room that is not like I put in my note. The first room was so hot and I got to be moved to other room in high floor. The AC was working and everything was fine, except the closet doesn’t have bidet and the hot water is not working.

Si punterebbe 5-6 stelle se si possono fornire asciugamani puliti e ”bianchi” che si aspettava per un hotel 4-star. Come tutti gli asciugamani sembrano tiniti e ”gri” :( Altrimenti, tutto è stato perfetto :)
