Hotel in zona Xu Xing Vegetarian, Medan

Siamo stati a Medan solo per qualche notte e l'hotel Kama ha adattato il nostro bilancio. Poiché Medan è una città piena di hotel e c'è sempre qualcosa che si adatta al bilancio di tutti, mi sento ingiusto alcune delle scarse recensioni dell'hotel Kama. La stanza era pulita ... si sentiva sicura ... letti erano comodi ... bagno pulito e moderno. Il buffet colazione è stato incluso nel prezzo e non era niente di flash ma piuttosto buono per un hotel di bilancio. Sicuramente prenoterai di nuovo se visitassimo Medan di nuovo!

Un giorno così bello che passo lì .. la vista era anche molto sorprendente.. e il servizio era così buono.. Vieni a visitare molto presto di nuovo inshaAllah

Amazing hotel with helpful staff. Would love to visit again soon. Cafe got nice food with reasonable price as well. Just so happy to have chosen this hotel for several nights.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

First, they gave me room that is not like I put in my note. The first room was so hot and I got to be moved to other room in high floor. The AC was working and everything was fine, except the closet doesn’t have bidet and the hot water is not working.

Si punterebbe 5-6 stelle se si possono fornire asciugamani puliti e ”bianchi” che si aspettava per un hotel 4-star. Come tutti gli asciugamani sembrano tiniti e ”gri” :( Altrimenti, tutto è stato perfetto :)

Stavo qui per il mio viaggio d'affari. La connessione Wifi mi ha sostenuto molto mentre stavo organizzando riunioni online. Questo appartamento di servizio è completamente arredato. Hanno una camera da letto spaziosa. Il servizio del personale è stato fantastico e molto utile. Situato nel centro di Medan, rende facile raggiungere ovunque per il mio viaggio d'affari. Appartamenti molto consigliati a Medan.

Booked 2 executive suite x2 nights for an affordable price. Basic hotel under the the Marriott brand. Location not that great as compared to other hotels in Medan City Centre, not walking distance to any amenities/convenience stores. Security was great as expected, so you’ll be safe staying here. Checked in at 5.30pm yet one out of two rooms was still not ready. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt on it, probably due to housekeeping rushing to clean rooms. There is banks directly in the hotel facility, so if you need to withdraw cash it is very convenient. Overall: 2.5/5

Ini mah bagus banget, bakalan ke sini lagi jika kain ke medan, hotel bersih, pelayanan oke, ada cafe, ada bar wow pokoknya mantap.. pokoknya wajib dtg bagi yng ke jalan jalan ke medan

Clean Room, Easy access, Excellent Service, comfortable, nice experience...good job..Like this Hotel Next Trip stay in Hotel I hope next get me other greatfully experience for Working Vacation or Family Trip.
