Amore di rimanere qui. perché la posizione è nel centro della città. le strutture sono abbastanza complete. comoda camera. acqua potabile illimitata. Colazione è anche abbastanza buona.

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Stavo per soggiornare durante la stagione di EID, prenotato per 10 camere. Il manager, il signor Saut Purba, è stato molto utile nel aiutare le mie prenotazioni. Ha cercato di soddisfare la mia richiesta, come la sala di connessione e lo stesso livello di piano, perché sono rimasto con la mia grande famiglia. La miglior sorpresa era la sala di aggiornamento al decimo piano per me stesso. Grazie mille! Il signor Saut ha anche assistito a organizzare la sorpresa di compleanno per mio fratello, alcuni agenti ci stanno unendo per colpire la sua stanza con una bella torta di gioia e desideri. Il colazione era eccellente, il cibo è delizioso, me e la mia famiglia lo amavano. Questo hotel ha servito diverse opzioni sul loro buffet colazione. Questo hotel aveva anche una bella piscina, non era grande ma pulito e sicuro per i bambini. Il personale del front office è magnifico durante il check-out.Infine, grazie per un soggiorno così memorabile. :-)

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

Last night was pleasant trying out packed Medan foods and drinks bought at nearby POS Bloc and tibits from Deli Mall TranMart. The fridge was handy when keeping my Es Kestari (lemon lime) drink chilled. The Ayam Penyat Nasi came with nicely done plating and delicious fried Nasi and crackers. Early morning was a chore to train station with an early transit flight to catch back to SG.

Una buona scelta di hotel quando arrivate con il treno aeroportuale o avete un volo mattinale il giorno seguente. Bella dimensione della camera, migliore posizione, sicurezza amichevole, ufficio frontale, squadre di custodia. Tuttavia, il servizio di colazione era molto scarso. Ordinò ”soleno”, ma non è venuto fino a 30 minuti quando ho finito il pranzo e non ne ho più bisogno. Ero seduto sul tavolo proprio davanti all'angolo delle uova. Il personale si è occupato di parlare, e il leader del ristorante occupato con il suo telefono cellulare sul desk.

the stay quite nice, washroom and hot water also work properly. fast wifi, and fast check in process. also love that they have massage spa inside the hotel with affordable price but as a malaysian , i would say, its quite cheap when they give you a discount voucher. if you dont really want to go out, you can order the room service food which also quite big in portion (for me) and the tempe goreng with the sambal sauce was so nice. In front of the hotel , got several private taxi service (suv car) with a range of price like 1 million IDR to Parapat(lake toba) & 700 thousand IDR to siantar.Just in case you had last minute plan to go to danau toba and didnt book any supir in advance The only thing that i wish they change is the bath towel. Please change it to the new and softer one. all the thread is coming out from the towel.

Recensioni alcuni punti da altri viaggiatori. Scegli questo hotel per visitare la città medan. La stanza è odore e hk non cambia letti da letto o caso di pillow. Non sostituisce le strutture igienici. non rulla tessuto finché non devo uscire dalla loro sala HK. La pressione dell'acqua era troppo lenta. La colazione era così.. solo i 💕 è kelupis.. Il allenatore era così efficace per pulire la tavola anche se non avete finito il vostro pasto ancora 🥴... Uno dei dipendenti dovrebbe essere riconosciuto sinceramente perché ho lasciato la borsa nei ristoranti e lei ha tenuto la mia borsa. Grazie! .. Concierge deve cambiare ai giovani. Non guardare tutti gli ospiti strani.

Very close and convenient to the airport. Rather than waiting for the free shuttle, we downloaded the Grab app for a fast pickup and ride. The hotel staff were very helpful via WhatsApp in advance of our stay and we appreciated their excellent communication skills in English while we were there. The breakfast was fun and impressive in a beautiful big dining room with lots of fresh food options and jazz music for ambiance. Room was very clean and spacious--we asked for an extra bed so three adults could stay in our room and they actually set it up with two extra beds! Would definitely stay here again going in or out of Medan. There is an ATM in the lobby, very helpful given the challenges of finding money exchangers. Note, the hotel's name has changed--it is now D'Prima Hotel Kualanamu, not Prime Plaza.
