I love it here. Just I forgot to take some pictures in the room. Just at the buffet corner. The staff are friendly. Most Indonesians are friendly. Since it’s a new hotel there’s nothing much I can say about this hotel.
The buffet however just so-so. Not much variety.

First time staying at this hotel. Great counter service, staff was able to converse in English. Room was clean and toiletries were refilled every day. No complaints at all. Super close to the main train station which connects directly to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0630 to 1000. Every day's menu is different. One slight downside is that the dishes are labelled in Bahasa Indonesian, so you might need some help if you really want to know what the dishes are served. At 0700, the buffet starts the live omelette station and noodle station.
Housekeeping is done every day. Linens are clean, no smell, towels are also very clean. Good job to the hotel. Would recommend all types of travellers to stay.

La posizione è super strategica. Camminare a molte attrazioni turistiche e centri. Sicuro per i viaggiatori soli per rimanere qui. Camera come per pubblicità. Grandi servizi di mantenimento della casa. Sento che viene trattato come un re qui. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto gentili e sempre grandi. Sono fantastici colazione pacchetti. I servizi del front desk sono ben parlati in inglese.

The newest hotel in Medan city. Beautiful facade and lobby with a small gym and swimming pool on level 2. We had a peaceful night sleep on level 6. Didn’t hear any loud music from the 16th floor of bar/disco. The only sound we heard is the occasional train that passes on the tracks which was nice to watch.
Welcome drink was appreciated on arrival. The breakfast buffet spread was lovely and extensive. It’s really walking distance to Delipark Mall. Will be back again.
Our Deluxe King room was alright but we found it weird when there is a notice to inform us not to flush toilet paper in the WC so had to use the bidet.

Nice room and my son enjoy the pool very much. The view is amazing. Tried the massage and feeling good. The customer service at the front desk, Shanti is very friendly and arrange us at the high floor room with the great view. We love it. Thanks to Shanti. We also tried Jade Restaurant, the foods are delicious and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast have a lot of variety and the cake shop named M is also very nice. Will be back again for our upcoming stay.

This is our first experience where we stayed at a hotel and we are not allowed to have an extra towels 🙈. We booked a family room, and it’s only had 4 towels while we ate a party of 6 included 2 little babies and 1 9 years old boy. So I called and asked if it’s possible to have 2 extra towels or at least 1 towels and the answer is a firm no with the explaining of the hotel SOP. I don’t even bother to argue cause I think it’s just senseless.
I tried to explained that we are a party of 6 and we have only 4 towels inside the rooms. But that’s the hotel standard and nothing they can do 🤦🏻♀️
It was my mom’s birthday so we have a cake ready and would like to surprise her on the early morning, however we forgot to bring the lighter. So I rang the operator and asked if they have any hotels matches, I also explained our situation why we need the matches on that time. But they simply said no. And then, I asked him if it’s possible to borrow one from the HK staff whoever are on duty on that day just to light the candle and return it right away.. but the operator said the only person that he knows smoking and have a lighter is off that day.

- not helpful although we are their group members… but to the politic figures also staying there special treatment…
- I just request away from noise but they intentionally subject me to more noises. STRESSED!!!!
- the bed are small.
- the toilet only overhead shower.
- no shaver and no comb…
- the fridge not cold…
- the breakfast food so…so… food not hot and are hard… food not replenish immediately… the only nice food is the Lontong Medan…
- the bar serve margarita was bad…
For me, I will skip this hotel where possible… unless there are no more better hotel…

AAhmadRQuesto hotel con catena di fama a livello mondiale potrebbe essere una delle migliori scelte per soggiornare a Medan. Ha una piscina al tetto che vede la città di Medan. Tuttavia, il bagno deve essere pulito correttamente come il sporco sul muro. Dal momento che è classificato come hotel 4 stelle, dovrebbe prendersi cura della pulizia del bagno e anche della parete della stanza. Per ottenere cibo locale come il famoso Bakso e Ucok Durian, il turista può ottenere camminando o prenderlo.

UUtente ospiteSo lovely! I stayed in a king junior suite which was great value for money. My room was spotless, it was such a treat to use the free toiletries, wear the robe and slippers, use the coffee machine and variety of coffees, sleep in the huge comfy bed and watch my Netflix. The restaurant has huge windows perfect for watching the sunset and the variety and quality of food was brilliant. I also loved the pool with fresh towels on the sun beds and waterfall feature. The best thing about it though was the lovely staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Only downside is it’s such a busy location, I didn’t venture out much I preferred the peace of the hotel. It’s not far from the airport though and the receptionist booked my taxi for me. I am definitely staying here next time I visit :)

UUtente ospiteQuindi, io e mio marito siamo andati a Medan recentemente e hanno deciso di rimanere in questo hotel per 2 giorni. Direi che non è un piacevole soggiorno. C'era questo odore di meraviglia al corridoio e nella stanza. L'edificio non è ben mantenuto, possiamo dire. C'è cricket nella stanza. *Ho paura del mio ****.
Anche dall'inizio, il condotto d'aria è abbastanza freddo e c'è un rumore così strano se riduciamo la temperatura, bt abbiamo detto che già al suo massimo freddo e il rumore si spegnerà in un po'. ИИгорь БушинUn buon appartamento, un appartamento relativamente economico, grande appartamento, buon letto, balcone, grande soggiorno. Situato in una buona zona, vicino a molte utili, da ATM, mole, ristoranti e negozi alimentari. La zona è sicura, moderna, illuminata. Nella ricetta, il personale responsabile ha aiutato da taxi a oz. Toba, anche se è stato possibile utilizzare l'app Bluebird (Grab rifiutato di essere fortunato). Il fumo è come se fosse impossibile, anche sul balcone, ma se si vuole forte, è possibile :)) L'unico difetto è il cattivo isolamento sonoro con la strada, talvolta i cavalieri notturni impediscono il sonno.

MmirahazwaniLa posizione di questo hotel è vicino agli U.S. e ai centri. Mi piace l'ospitalità qui, la più pulita la camera d'albergo ogni giorno, cambiano a un nuovo asciugamano ogni giorno. Il menu del colazione è un po' limitato e per le bevande servivano solo caffè, tè, acqua semplice e acqua arancione cordiale ogni giorno. La stanza standard economica è molto piccola e adatta solo per 2 persone, se si desidera portare i vostri figli prenota una stanza più grande.Se si sta cercando un hotel economico a Medan con una buona posizione e servizio, immagino che l'hotel Batik sia la migliore scommessa. In futuro rimarrò in questo hotel.
