Amazing hotel with helpful staff. Would love to visit again soon. Cafe got nice food with reasonable price as well. Just so happy to have chosen this hotel for several nights.

Il loro servizio è grande. La loro stanza è accogliente e pulita. La loro posizione è vicina al Merdeka Walk e al Deli Park Mall. Dietro l'hotel c'è anche KFC. Grazie per HM Bu Emmy, che mi saluta sempre, Kak Merita, che mi permette di rimanere un mese con un buon prezzo, Kak Ayu, che aiuta bene e Kak Yori, che pulisce bene la mia stanza. Anche tutta la squadra che non posso menzionare il nome uno per uno. Ben fatto, squadra. Continuate a lavorare!

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Un giorno così bello che passo lì .. la vista era anche molto sorprendente.. e il servizio era così buono.. Vieni a visitare molto presto di nuovo inshaAllah

Le camere sono buone, belle e pulite, io rimango con la mia famiglia durante la vacanza di fine anno, la camera da bagno buona e pulita, abbiamo preso la camera della famiglia e la camera grande e ben arredata, Grazie per l'onorevole Suhendra Marjan, il CEHK, che ha già organizzato la stanza in modo adeguato e ha fatto una vacanza memorabile.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

L'hotel dispone di una fantastica piscina, anche se non ho avuto l'opportunità di goderla, ma ci sono stati diversi problemi che hanno influenzato il mio soggiorno. In primo luogo, la pressione dell’acqua all’hotel era deplorabile, facendo la doccia un po’ difficile. Le lamiere erano notevolmente vecchie e in sostituzione. Ho incontrato anche un problema con le anatre nella mia stanza e nel bagno, che era molto inconveniente.

Punti positivi: - Camera confortevole - Camera pulita (eccetto la bagno) - TV intelligente con app streaming (ma devi avere la tua sottoscrizione) - Dimensione della camera - Parquet floor - Posizione Punti negativi - Deposito è un MUST (l'hotel pensa che qualsiasi ospite abbia intenzione malvagia di rubare oggetti di stanza. Per favore, non sono nemmeno il top della linea). Non si può usare questo deposito per pagare il servizio di stanza (forse può se si deposita più, come molto più). Dopo il check-out, il desk front will have sb check the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is not available. Si può sentire il rumore della porta accanto, il traffico, il treno vicino, e peggio, il rumore del club in alto piano). ma non lo elimina (e si prelevano più per questa stanza!!) - colazione è fondamentale - la drenaggio della camera da bagno non può completamente drenare acqua. Prendi una doccia alla sera e vedrai ancora qualche puddle al mattino. Grosso. - Wi-Fi è colpito e miss

deSatu hotel, situato nel complesso centro punto centro, medan, sumatra utara ... Buon hotel, la camera è bella, molto pulita, tempestosa, completa emenità, riempire acqua potabile fuori dalla stanza, cassaforte all'interno della stanza, eccetto che non c'è frigorifero ... Doccia forte, aria condizionata, letto confortevole/collo/biancheria ...

Il soggiorno è molto bello, lavanderia e acqua calda funzionano anche bene. WiFi veloce, e controllo veloce in corso. Inoltre amano avere un spa di massaggio all'interno dell'hotel a prezzi accessibili, ma come un malasiano, direi, Se non vuoi davvero andare fuori, puoi ordinare il servizio in camera, che è anche molto grande in parte (per me) e il tempo che va con la salsa samba è stato così bello. In fronte all'hotel, ha ricevuto diversi servizi taxi privati (auto suv) con un prezzo di circa 1 milione IDR a Parapat (lago Toba) e 700 mila IDR a siantar.Solo se avevi un piano di ultima notte per andare a Danau Toba e non prenotavi alcun supino in anticipo L'unica cosa che vorrei che cambiassero è la tovagliola.Per favore, cambiala in una nuova e più morbida.Tutto il filo viene fuori dalla tovagliola.
