Hotel in zona Toko Cirebon, Medan

Last night was pleasant trying out packed Medan foods and drinks bought at nearby POS Bloc and tibits from Deli Mall TranMart. The fridge was handy when keeping my Es Kestari (lemon lime) drink chilled. The Ayam Penyat Nasi came with nicely done plating and delicious fried Nasi and crackers. Early morning was a chore to train station with an early transit flight to catch back to SG.

Punti positivi: - Camera confortevole - Camera pulita (eccetto la bagno) - TV intelligente con app streaming (ma devi avere la tua sottoscrizione) - Dimensione della camera - Parquet floor - Posizione Punti negativi - Deposito è un MUST (l'hotel pensa che qualsiasi ospite abbia intenzione malvagia di rubare oggetti di stanza. Per favore, non sono nemmeno il top della linea). Non si può usare questo deposito per pagare il servizio di stanza (forse può se si deposita più, come molto più). Dopo il check-out, il desk front will have sb check the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is not available. Si può sentire il rumore della porta accanto, il traffico, il treno vicino, e peggio, il rumore del club in alto piano). ma non lo elimina (e si prelevano più per questa stanza!!) - colazione è fondamentale - la drenaggio della camera da bagno non può completamente drenare acqua. Prendi una doccia alla sera e vedrai ancora qualche puddle al mattino. Grosso. - Wi-Fi è colpito e miss

Room is clean but not fitted with night light lamp . Mattress is a bit too soft but pillow is too hard . Maybe that made me cannot sleep nicely . The sound proof is not that good and next day TV sound can be heard if the room have internal door access to other room type . Elevator service seems to be a bit slow .

La pulizia della stanza è così: il minibar non è abbastanza freddo (vogliamo mettere cibo ma poi abbiamo scoperto che la superficie era acquatica), la lama di letto potrebbe non essere così pulita perché le gambe mi sono diventate così fredde dopo aver dormito per una notte. Molti punti sono un po' polverosi e per il suo prezzo il soggiorno non valeva così la pena rispetto alle 3 stelle standard. La colazione era semplicemente ok, almeno è commestibile (non molto opzione comunque). Il ricevitore è bene ... molto piatto. Non rude ma, senza espressione. Conosco solo tre stelle, ma almeno possono sorridere. La pulizia del bagno può anche essere migliorata. La carta chiave è spesso problematica e difficile da usare per sbloccare l'ascensore o persino la porta della stanza. Controllate che i prodotti etichettati con un tag di prezzo siano carichi e che la sua gentilezza non sia notabile in primo luogo. Un'altra cosa che suggerisco alla direzione è chiedere al personale di indossare una maschera adeguata (non una scuba perché non è efficace). Beh, almeno l'aspetto generale di questo hotel non è cattivo.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno al JW Marriott, Medan. Ho voluto un posto con buone strutture per qualche giorno alla fine dei miei viaggi dove potrei rilassarmi prima di fare il mio viaggio a casa. L'hotel ha una grande varietà di opzioni di ristorante, il cibo era molto buono. La palestra è stata la migliore che abbia mai visto in tutti gli hotel che ho visitato in Asia, attrezzature di qualità professionale e strutture. Le camere erano più vecchie, ma molto spaziose, confortevoli e ben mantenute, ma la cosa che mi rendeva più piacevole era il meraviglioso personale e il servizio che avevano fornito. In quanto solitario, è importante per me sentire in salvo, avere un senso di cura, amicizia e sostegno. Il personale di questo hotel è andato oltre e sopra per cercarmi e aiutarmi in ogni modo che possano, niente è stato troppo difficile. Se fossi di nuovo a Medan, rimarrei certamente lì di nuovo.

E'un buon posto dove stare. Il cibo è grande. Ma ci sono anatre nella stanza - sul tavolo e sul letto. Non è un'operazione, ma sarebbe stato bello se non avessimo avuto questo problema. Le lana e gli asciugamani sono un po'giallo. Una delle foglie era sgombrata, ma sembravano pulite, senza odori o nulla. Ma il servizio era buono. Il personale era amichevole. La posizione è molto strategica. Rimanerei qui, ma potrei chiedere che la stanza sia sprayata o pulita con qualcosa per liberarsi delle anatre.

Recensioni alcuni punti da altri viaggiatori. Scegli questo hotel per visitare la città medan. La stanza è odore e hk non cambia letti da letto o caso di pillow. Non sostituisce le strutture igienici. non rulla tessuto finché non devo uscire dalla loro sala HK. La pressione dell'acqua era troppo lenta. La colazione era così.. solo i 💕 è kelupis.. Il allenatore era così efficace per pulire la tavola anche se non avete finito il vostro pasto ancora 🥴... Uno dei dipendenti dovrebbe essere riconosciuto sinceramente perché ho lasciato la borsa nei ristoranti e lei ha tenuto la mia borsa. Grazie! .. Concierge deve cambiare ai giovani. Non guardare tutti gli ospiti strani.

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Very close and convenient to the airport. Rather than waiting for the free shuttle, we downloaded the Grab app for a fast pickup and ride. The hotel staff were very helpful via WhatsApp in advance of our stay and we appreciated their excellent communication skills in English while we were there. The breakfast was fun and impressive in a beautiful big dining room with lots of fresh food options and jazz music for ambiance. Room was very clean and spacious--we asked for an extra bed so three adults could stay in our room and they actually set it up with two extra beds! Would definitely stay here again going in or out of Medan. There is an ATM in the lobby, very helpful given the challenges of finding money exchangers. Note, the hotel's name has changed--it is now D'Prima Hotel Kualanamu, not Prime Plaza.
